This was the perfect place for our group of 11. We had 3 rooms with 2 grandmas, 4 parents, 4 kids, and an aunt. I was a bit nervous about the lack of staff, but the check-in and stay went incredibly smoothly. The location is great, and far enough from Dotonburi to be quiet, but close enough for it to be convenient. Highly recommend.

Outstanding condition in terms of price and location. There will be no one in the building to serve you and that's why they can have very good price. Check in is easy via the terminal PC. You can enjoy it with kitchen and washing machine. Walking distance to Namba JR station where you can take bus to airport or Kyoto. 15 minutes walk to Nankai Namba Rapit train. Standard garden table and chairs in room which I feel unconformable to sit on it. Wifi is super fast. Bathroom is big in Japan standard. Would stay again.
