Great location in Umeda close to the metro, shopping and dining options. Staff are friendly and welcoming. Room is a good size, nice linen and towels. Great view from the room. Real treat to have free drinks and snacks every evening in the lobby bar area too. Would definitely stay here again!

This is a classy hotel with lots of room space and excellent city view from the balcony. Each room is named and there are five rooms on our floor. We enjoyed the slow mornings sipping coffee while meditating in the sitting area and unwinding at the terrace in the evening. The bathroom is well equipped and designed and even has a large window and a soaking tub! It’s hard to get used to a regular pre-fab bathroom again. The hotel staff are very courteous and helpful and housekeeping does an excellent job. We will stay there when we return to Osaka!

The staffs were all helpful and accommodating, and even called us to see if we wanted our room to be cleaned. We had the breakfast deal during our stay and the food was exceptional, the waitress and staffs were exceptional and by day 2 they knew all of our orders without saying a word. The property was within walking distance to the shopping malls, metro and restaurants which made is so great. I would definite book with Harmonie Embrassee Osaka the next time we are in Osaka for sure!! i

Room was spacious and impeccably clean. The balcony was a great feature. My only issue was the temperature was almost impossible to control. The sun heated the room but the air conditioning was very poor. I had to open the balcony doors to cool the room down.

Spacious, good location.

Good location close to Hankyu, stores and restaurants. Best of all, there was an open bar every evening for hotel guests. It's a tad expensive but the rooms are also more spacious than most hotels in Japan

The hotel feels really luxurious, the amenities are top notch and the rooms are fascinating with incredible views! We stayed on a Junior Suite which has almost a 360 view with balconies on both sides of the room (it is on the corner of the building). You have a mini-bar in the room with free coffee, tea, some beers and non-alchoholic beverages such as juice. They really went the extra mile to accomodate our requests and the room was always clean and taken care of. They also offer a complimentary drinks and snacks on their lobby / terrace (#osakaNights) with incredible drinks and an amazing atmosphere. Most of the staff speaks english which is a plus for foreign visitors. It is well located within a 10 minute walk from the nearest subway/train station. The hotel is supposedly 4 star but honestly is more than 5 star with great and high quality amenities, spacious and luxurious rooms and great service! Highly recommended! <3
