The hotel room is spacious but bit far from town. You have to take a train from Umeda and also have to walk outside the Umeda station to the local station which was bit uncomfortable as we had 2 pcs of luggage rolling around. The bathroom was bit dirty.

The hotel itself is amazing! Great Location, Great Staff, and you almost felt RICH for staying there. HOWEVER, the one negative (which was pretty important), was that the beds were like sleeping on concrete. After long days of walking and being exhausted from travels, it was disappointing to come back to the room and attempt to laydown on the bed, only to be met with a solid surface. Everything else about the stay/hotel was AMAZING....but since we were there to primarily sleep, the bed comfort was very disappointing.

hotel is neat and clean and staff are very friendly. The person who greeted us, a girl named Quyen, gave a thorough explanation of all the hotel had to offer, including its restaurants with delicious food. It was also very easy to get a taxi through the staff at the front desk. The only drawback was the hotel's location a bit beyond walking distance from the interesting downtown areas.

It was fine until the housekeeping staff mixed up the hypoallergenic pillows with the feather pillows and didn't understand not to mix the pillows up with major allergies already told to the staff. it sets the day up with headaches and not being able to function all day, if not multiple days.

A little farther than we initially thought for train stations and the beds weren’t super comfortable. But given it’s our first time ever staying in Japan- I don’t know what my expectations were.
