Room was very nice, typical size for this style hotel in Japan. Comfortable and clean. We had no issues with the location. The breakfast buffet was no joke, and was amazing for the price, it was a great way to start the days we were staying there. I would definitely book this location again if returning to the area.

The property is clean and the room comfortable. The structure has an onsen and a nice lobby area. However, it is on a very trafficked noisy street and the room had zero noise isolation. Luckily I had earplugs but I could still hear the cars. The area is safe and not too far from shops, but the nearest underground station is at 15-20 mins walking, which is not the best if you have heavy luggage.

Great hotel to stay in. Staff was above and beyond helpful and kind. Easy and convenient luggage transport. Close to subways stations so you never have to walk or carry belongings far. This was a lovely hotel. We were very impressed with the customer service, as well as the complimentary refreshments (the coffee machine was amazing), free necessities as needed (toothbrushes, hair brushes, lotion, etc) and most importantly…free access to the lounge which may have been for a limited time. We also appreciated receiving assistance in transferring our luggages to our next hotel in Tokyo, as lord knows the stairs can be a pain around Osaka. The rooms themselves were a bit small and not as functional as I’d hoped but I did like that they made room to hang clothes, that was cool. The PJs provided were cute which can be worn down to the SPA. Can’t say much about the public baths as I have tattoos and couldn’t enjoy them. Lastly, the base rate seems to be the same for 1 or 2 travelers, which is amazing to me as some hotels charge based on the number of travelers regardless of how many people the room can accommodate so many kudos for that! I personally thought it was a little far from some of the transit stations we wanted to use and ended up using the public bus a few times but would definitely stay here again if we’re ever back to Osaka.

Lovely onsen in a nice, modern hotel

Really great, clean hotel with a wonderful onsen that is included in the price. You can also book massage treatments (for a fee, but fairly priced) to your room, which was really nice after long days walking around. Comfortable bed, pretty good location, and modern hotel. We didn't try the restaurant as there were plenty of great food options in the area. They had plenty of complimentary toiletry items and umbrellas to borrow, which was nice. Based on the onsen alone, would definitely come back!
