Quiet farmhouse located on Melvern Lake. 2 ponds on property. Surrounded by public hunting with tons of wildlife right out the door. Or sit on the wrap around porch and just enjoy the quiet! Situated directly between Eisenhower State park and Turkey Point state park the lake is just a walk away! Bring your horse trailer or ATV’s there is plenty of space for parking vehicles with trailers. If you have portable panels there is a barn where horses can stay!

Awesome quiet farmhouse

The house was perfect for our group! Clean, tons of space and beds, a smoker/grill and place to make smores, plus the outdoor cats were super sweet and loving.

What a beautiful property!

The property is beautiful and private! The house is very accommodating with 5 bedrooms, 3 of which have multiple beds. Plenty of space for both families in our group! There is a gravel boat ramp at the end of the road making access to the lake very easy. Kristy was very helpful and kind. Everyone loved it and had a great time! 10 out of 10 recommend!

Wonderful Place to Get Away!

To begin with Kristy is a great host! The house is huge in located in a quiet country setting. It’s remodeled with the coolest old country theme. Anything you need to cook, clean and relax are here. We loved our weekend away celebrating a graduation of a Family member. It’s close to Melvern Lake which made it possible for us to bring the boat and enjoy the lake. I highly recommend this VRBO for your stay in Kansas!
