Hate Seeing Pets Checking-In

The location of La Quinta Inn & Suites is great. The breakfast was good and l liked how they cooked their scrambled eggs, not watery. And hard boiled eggs are also available just in case you don’t prefer scrambled eggs. However. It seems like they have not vacuumed their carpet on the hallway and in the room. It smells. And how l wish, the motels would not accept pets for sanitary purposes and how l wish the guests who bring their pets with them in their travel would be considerate enough to understand that.

Clean and comfortable stay front desk was awesome. Housekeeping was awesome. The pool was clean and maintained the entire trip. Only problem I had was the floor pool covers jammed my toe on one.

Needs a deep cleaning, badly.

The beds were comfortable, however the whole hotel needs a deep cleaning you can see where it's just surface cleaned doors that you touched were sticky, carpets hadn't been deep cleaned in years. Breakfast was good and management was very friendly.

Staff was unhelpful and unconcerned with helping with travel delays and losing one night stay out of 9 due to airline debacle. Management wouldn’t work with Hotels.com even though they told me they would take care of it and not to worry. They weren’t that friendly either and at once point the front desk guy joked he wished people would leave him alone so he could get the laundry done. I asked repeatedly in several languages to get more coffee pods without success. Housekeeping is only 2 days a week. I wouldn’t stay here again and La Quinta should take their name off this hotel.
