The room was clean. Air conditioning works very well although there is no phone in the room. There is no sign for it. Do not disturb perks in the room a microwave and a refrigerator and at the time I went, the hot tub was out of order.

This is one of the worst hotels I’ve ever seen. There was no signage whatsoever saying the name of the place. We checked in and the staff member knew little to no English. He had me say something into his phone to translate. The whole place needs some serious updating. No ice bucket in room, no Kleenex in room, no cups in room. The bed was very uncomfortable, the pillows were horrible, the towels were paper thin and not soft. Would never come here again.

There's no there, there.

I booked a night at the Eleven Boutique in Emporia, Kansas online the night before and received the usual confirmation by email. When I arrived, I couldn't find the hotel -- no sign along the highway. I called the number on its website, got an AI droid that texted me the same number. Then the droid told me the place was "temporarily closed until June. This company is clearly not one to do business with.

The rooms were clean. The front desk greeters were helpful and kind. The hotel itself was a little scary with a lot of people (I’m not sure they were guests?!?) walking around and hanging out in the parking lot in the evenings/night. We definitely didn’t feel safe in the area. One of the doors to the pool area looked like someone had used a crowbar to try to break in and it just didn’t feel like a place I’d go back to. But as mentioned before, rooms were clean and staff was nice.

To start, the hotel doesn’t have a visible sign outside to indicate what it is. When you enter the hotel looks decent. As shown in pictures. When arriving in room, it’s as seen in pictures. However, it claims to be nonsmoking with a strong smoke scent. That didn’t bother us as the room looked decent. After the first night I noticed a couple big bites but didn’t think anything of it since I possibly got bitten by mosquitoes. However, the second night I woke up around 2am to use the restroom in which I noticed my whole left arm had bite marks and was swollen. I promptly looked around the bed and noticed a bed bug on the head of bed. I kept looking and found another on the floor. My room was 403. Directly in front of the front desk. At approximately 2am I ran to see if there was anyone in the front desk. There was no one. I waited until later that morning to inform the front desk. As I started packing my mom noticed another bed bug crawling on the bed and we killed it on site. After explaining to the front desk staff they called their boss and explained the issue. They informed me that I would be given a full refund. Afterwards they claim to not have found anything, therefore I will not get my full refund. I have on video recordings the staff stating that I would get my full refund. DO NOT STAY HERE. There are bed bugs and the staff clearly doesn’t care and will lie their way.I showed her my whole arm where I have a dozen bite marks. Still wasn’t given a refund from this place.

The room was decorated beautifully, and very clean. No extra smell of cleaners to mask. The air worked great. The shower needed some help, but left a note. Needs better signage outside to find it. The one they had was sunfaded. But when walking into lobby was a pleasant surprise. Nice to have coffee. The refrigerator and micro was a plus. We will be back next year when our dance festival is at the college. Did recommend to other friend dancers. The price was a big factor at staying here, very affordable.
