The rooms were clean. The front desk greeters were helpful and kind. The hotel itself was a little scary with a lot of people (I’m not sure they were guests?!?) walking around and hanging out in the parking lot in the evenings/night. We definitely didn’t feel safe in the area. One of the doors to the pool area looked like someone had used a crowbar to try to break in and it just didn’t feel like a place I’d go back to. But as mentioned before, rooms were clean and staff was nice.

To start, the hotel doesn’t have a visible sign outside to indicate what it is. When you enter the hotel looks decent. As shown in pictures. When arriving in room, it’s as seen in pictures. However, it claims to be nonsmoking with a strong smoke scent. That didn’t bother us as the room looked decent. After the first night I noticed a couple big bites but didn’t think anything of it since I possibly got bitten by mosquitoes. However, the second night I woke up around 2am to use the restroom in which I noticed my whole left arm had bite marks and was swollen. I promptly looked around the bed and noticed a bed bug on the head of bed. I kept looking and found another on the floor. My room was 403. Directly in front of the front desk. At approximately 2am I ran to see if there was anyone in the front desk. There was no one. I waited until later that morning to inform the front desk. As I started packing my mom noticed another bed bug crawling on the bed and we killed it on site. After explaining to the front desk staff they called their boss and explained the issue. They informed me that I would be given a full refund. Afterwards they claim to not have found anything, therefore I will not get my full refund. I have on video recordings the staff stating that I would get my full refund. DO NOT STAY HERE. There are bed bugs and the staff clearly doesn’t care and will lie their way.I showed her my whole arm where I have a dozen bite marks. Still wasn’t given a refund from this place.

The room was decorated beautifully, and very clean. No extra smell of cleaners to mask. The air worked great. The shower needed some help, but left a note. Needs better signage outside to find it. The one they had was sunfaded. But when walking into lobby was a pleasant surprise. Nice to have coffee. The refrigerator and micro was a plus. We will be back next year when our dance festival is at the college. Did recommend to other friend dancers. The price was a big factor at staying here, very affordable.

A good value...the lobby was from a by-gone era - kind of a waste of space, but nostalgic - almost mid-1960s when I was a child vacationing with my parents. I do wish there was in-room coffee, but I travel with caffeinated soft drinks, so I was okay. I'll stay there again if they keep the value. To me, a motel is a place to get off the highway, watch a little TV and sleep. I don't even use the pool (bathing with strangers), which this place does have.

What an amazing room! Extremely clean, nicely decorated, and all around amazing deal. The lobby is gorgeous from our front window and parking right next to the bedroom door is convenient. On the outside this property looks rough but it is a real gem. We honestly can't believe how amazing this suite is for the price we paid! I would definitely stay here again.

Ok, Hear me out! For the price this place is a 15/10! If you are looking for economical, clean, comfortable bed and great staff, this place is for you!!!!!!! If you’re looking for lush towels and a great pool, skip on by. The rooms advertise as two queen beds, but they have two full beds which are VERY comfortable and clean. The bathroom was very clean. There is a microwave and minifridge in the room. The lobby is super cute and spacious and would be a great place to hang out with the kids and play a board game or some cards. The pool needs a lot of work and the hot tub has been drained, hopefully they are re-doing it. Check in was a breeze and the woman at the front desk was super friendly. Would definitely stay here again.

Hotel.com shows has breakfast, had donuts out with coffee the first night on into next day(same donuts and coffee) the towels were small and very thin, many people living at hotel in back the rating of more than 8 might be because all those living there give it that. Honestly it's more of 3.5 rating with lack of amenities they say is offered.
