Vrbo specifically states that all communication and payment should always occur on the website. This company requires that you pay their fee on a secondary website, and if it does not occur, they will cancel your reservation. Additionally, I was told that this would be keyless entry to make the stay easier. The code that I was provided would not open the door, and I had to call the booking office so they could tell me where a spare key was located. This key would not open the door of the building, only the apartment. On our final night's stay, the water heater also stopped working and did not provide any warm water for us. While the location was great, I would not recommend this booking to anyone because it was frustratingly difficult to obtain, and then even enter the premises.
