Excellent hotel

Luna is an amazing hotel in the beautiful alpine village of Ortisei. The room was lovely, comfortable, spacious and super clean. The facility is gorgeous with a fabulous spa, a nice pub and a great restaurant. The half board was a great choice! I had an outstanding server, who took care of all my dining needs. 100% recommend this hotel!

This is an amazing hotel. The food was outstanding and some of the best meals I have experienced in my life. Each staff member was very helpful and kind. I highly recommend this hotel if you are staying in Ortisei.

This property is very nice from the amazing friendly staff, to the afternoon tea offerings to the breakfast and the half board which is a very good value. Also had a great massage and enjoyed the outdoor pool during my stay. No complaints.

The hotel was so lovely. Staff very accommodating. The property itself is beautiful and convenient with onsite parking. We got a room with a view to Alpe di Siusi. The location is perfect and so easy to get to Seceda or Alpe di Siusi within a short walk. We got the half board and the dinner experience was great. I loved this hotel and their staff so much. Will definitely stay here next time in Ortisei.

Bliss and Wonder

This was the most amazing hotel I have ever experienced. It offers a beautiful interior that seamlessly wove old world charm with upscale amenities. The outdoor space offered a variety of seating areas, a delightful play area for children, an enchanting pond, a gorgeous heated pool. The service and food were excellent, the spa was lovely, and all of it is nestled in an Alpine-Italian wonderland. The full board option included far more than stated on Hotels.com and offered variety and quality similar to meals on cruise ships. This hotel exceeded my expectations in every way and I am so grateful.

The Internet accèss is terrible, worse than the old dial up of 15-20 years ago. They often do not answer the phone. After trying to call for service and not getting thru, I walked downstairs to see that no one was on the phone. My requests for more complimentary water for the additional days that I stayed were ignored. My request to not have room service were ignored. When I complained that the service was bad, I was told by the owner to get out at a time when I had additional days to stay there reserved and paid for. The restaurant over charges. I would never stay at this hotel again and do not recommend it.

Relaxing Hotel in the Dolomites

Relaxing Hotel walking distance to everything in the city with multiple pools, indoor and outdoor, both of which were sublime. The indoor pool has a spiral staircase down into it with stalactite ceilings and a sauna/spa tub. If I ski here, I will definitely return to this hotel.

Nice hotel but a bit disappointed

This is a nice hotel with lovely gardens, and well appointed rooms, but overall I was a bit disappointed during my stay. The room was hot and stuffy upon checkin and took a while to cool down after the front desk turned the heat down (which you cannot control yourself), the pillows were firmer than I like, and the dinner that was included in the half board was average. They did have a very nice cake buffet in the afternoon, and breakfast was good. It does seem like a very nice hotel so it might be that my one night there was just not great, however I had better experiences at other hotels in the area.

The nicest hotel during my week long stay in the Dolomites. Very luxurious rooms with balconies with views of the town of Ortisei. Nice large bathrooms and great water pressure in the showers. Breakfast included a fresh vegetable and fruit juicer which was a nice added touch.

Lovely hotel a short walk from center of Ortisei

I had a large, comfortable room with a balcony facing the street and overlooking the mountains. Breakfast was wonderful, and I also spent some time reading in the hotel’s garden.
