The hotel is very clean; the breakfast & staff was outstanding. Our room was dated. The floors are very creaky; you can not get up at night or you wake everyone. Our junior suite was on the front of the hotel, which was very noisy at night. Couldn’t sleep until after 3:00am

Staff and breakfast were phenomenal - outstanding. However, It was very warm. There was no fan in the room. We opened the windows to try to cool down. It was very loud and bright outside, so we didn't sleep well. Also, the blanket (Duvet) was very thick and way way to hot for summer. All of that, beyond the great service, is not good for such an expensive hotel.

The staff was amazing. Super helpful with booking local tours and events. The breakfast is great and highly recommend. The rooms were comfortable and we had an amazing balcony with views to die for. Nice to be right in town and walk out your door and have everything right there.

Front desk staff were indifferent and not hospitable at all. They were unhelpful in any regard with helping in bringing our luggage up the stairs. Requesting a parking spot required asking multiple questions on where and how to get to parking. The room is advertised as large enough to accommodate three people. The third person has to be someone younger than 12 years of age - not for an adult. The second "bedroom" is the size of a walk-in closet with a couch. All they did was remove the couch pillows and added a small mattress on top. It was not wide, nor long enough for an adult. When I raised my disappointment with the front desk and hotel manager, they simply stated that is the way the room is. Our room faced the pedestrian only road, however, since the hotel does not have air conditioning, the rooms were sweltering, but we could not keep the windows open due to the noise from the cafes and bars until 1:00 in the morning and then at 6:00 the supply trucks start driving by. Overall the place looks very nice, but it is disappointing.

An amazing stay right on the town square in Ortisei. Beautiful historic property but service and food surpassed expectations - half board is highly recommended and excellent value. Service was top level at both reception and the restaurant (Sisi was our favourite!). Junior suite was large enough for family of 4 and housekeeping was excellent. Spa treatments (at their partner hotel) were also exceptional. The stay surpassed our exceptions and highly recommended.

This is a beautiful hotel within walking distance to shopping, restaurants and chairlifts in Ortisei. Rooms were well equipped, clean and had beautiful views. Breakfasts and dinners were outstanding. Hotel staff were all friendly and helpful. We would definitely return.

One of the best options in the town

Unless you wish to stay in a 5 star hotel, this hotel exceeds our expectations in terms of its services, and facilities. The location is also excellent, with easy parking in the back yard.
