Wake up above the Atlantic, step onto your private oceanfront balcony, and watch the sunrise paint the sky. Keep an eye out for dolphins swimming below, then come inside and enjoy nearly 2,000 square feet of oceanfront living space.

Welcome to our 10th-floor, 3-bedroom, 3-bath oceanfront home in Ormond Beach, located on the top floor of the oceanfront units.

Although our condo is spacious, we intentionally limit it to six guests. We aren't trying to fit the largest possible group into the space. Instead, we've created a comfortable beach home where family and friends have plenty of room to stretch out, relax, and enjoy each other's company.

Here, the ocean isn't simply something you can see. It's part of the experience.

THE OCEAN IS YOUR BACKYARD

Our large private oceanfront balcony is one of our favorite places in the condo. Start your morning with a cup of coffee and a spectacular sunrise. Watch for dolphins and seabirds throughout the day, or simply sit back and enjoy the ocean breeze and sound of the waves.

Inside, you don't have to leave the view behind. Our dining area offers what we like to call "immediate oceanfront seating." Enjoy breakfast, dinner, a game of cards, or a cup of coffee while looking directly out over the Atlantic.

Every room in the condo has an ocean view. The primary bedroom looks directly over the Atlantic. The guest bedroom offers beautiful views of both the Atlantic and Intracoastal Waterway. Even the game room looks directly out over the ocean.

STEP OUTSIDE AND YOU'RE AT THE BEACH

Our beautiful no-drive beach is right outside the building.

We've supplied much of what you'll need for a great beach day, including beach chairs, a beach umbrella, a 10’ x 10’ beach tent, boogie boards, bocce ball, and Spikeball.

Prefer the pool? The heated oceanfront pool is open year-round. You'll also find shuffleboard and cornhole equipment available for even more outdoor fun.

When you're ready to explore, restaurants and bars are within walking distance. Just across the street is a great shop, Horizons, selling the best cookies, cinnamon rolls, and hard-packed ice cream... oh, do enjoy!

A GAME ROOM WITH AN OCEAN VIEW

One of the most unique features of our condo is the third bedroom/game room.

When the unit was designed, the wall between this room and the main living area was intentionally left open. The result is a large, open gathering space that makes the entire condo feel even more spacious.

Challenge someone to a game of pool, relax on one of the twin beds, play a board game, or simply enjoy the spectacular ocean view.

Yes, you can play pool while looking out over the Atlantic Ocean.

SPACE TO BE TOGETHER — AND SPACE TO SPREAD OUT

Our condo was designed around a simple idea: vacations are better when the people you care about can spend time together without feeling crowded.

The dining table seats 10, giving everyone plenty of room for family meals, cards, board games, and long conversations.

With four TVs, a well-equipped kitchen, a coffee bar, a pool table, board games, and plenty of comfortable gathering space, everyone can find something to enjoy.

That's also why we limit occupancy to six. You aren't renting a condo packed with beds. You're getting nearly 2,000 square feet of living space for just six guests to enjoy.

Spend time together when you want to, and still have room to spread out when you don't.

MORE THAN A VACATION RENTAL

We've been coming to the Ormond Beach area since 2010. After staying in several different units over the years, we finally found this one and immediately knew it was the place we wanted to call our Florida home.

Our family has enjoyed countless gatherings here. Everyone has room to spread out, yet the open design makes it easy to be together.

When we're back home in Minnesota, we're delighted to share our Florida home with guests who appreciate the same things we do.

FROM THE BOUNDARY WATERS TO THE ATLANTIC

Our year-round home is in Ely, Minnesota, near the Canadian border and the Boundary Waters Canoe Area Wilderness. We're surrounded by more than a million acres of beautiful wilderness, and we've always felt incredibly fortunate to call it home.

Then we discovered a different kind of paradise.

Here, instead of a quiet Minnesota lake surrounded by wilderness, we have the endless Atlantic Ocean stretching to the horizon.

Sunrises replace the northern lights. Dolphins replace loons. The ocean breeze replaces the scent of pine.

And somehow, it feels just as special.

This is our Home Away from Home, and we enjoy sharing it with others.

Come watch the sunrise. Walk the no-drive beach. Look for dolphins. Play a little pool. Gather around the table. Slow down, spread out, and make memories with the people who matter most.
