This was a disaster. First off rooms were not ready by 3 pm. There were 6 people deep to check in & only one person to check in, answer phones etc. W were told come back & checkin around 2 hours. Finally we come back & get a room on the 3rd floor & then find out the elevator was not working. We are 65 plus in years with 2 total knee replacements, this was not a pleasant experience & took a toll on the both of us... This hotel was sold out...with one person working.... Then we got to the room to find a large stain on the couch cushion& later we found a stain on our blanket on the bed... Disgusting.... Looking forward to the grandchildren coming over to spend time with us at the pool ended badly because we found out there was NO pool...... Breakfast had only 4 tables to seat a sold out hotel.??? That was another disaster because the same person was also checking in guest & refilling the breakfast area... So this trip was a total disaster & certainly not a pleasant experience.....

Online pictures showed nice pool area, there was not any, so while I was taking care of business wife and children could not enjoy pool. Elevator did not work for over an hour upon arrival. Had to wait over thirty minutes to check not enough staff at front desk. Morning breakfast area not maintainted had to run done staff to fill coffee urn add waffle batter. Poorly maintainted building more than half of the lights out in lobby. Some type of electrical problem which made noise in room.

The breakfast was not as advertised, but the room was excellent.

Not very clean. I want to only say that but I am required to type a lot more, which is annoying.

I enjoyed being able to take my dog with me to room

The hotel was hard to find in the dark. When I checked in the guy at the desk was not inviting, nor did he explain the entrances to the hotel. Which I'm very much accustomed to. I had to ask, so where do we enter. And then he proceeded to direct me while walking away from me. The room was clean and neat. The breakfast variety had a lot to be desired. I had to ask for more syrup or milk for the cereal (the containers were empty). The worker at that station was very rude and uninviting also. The only person that made us feel welcome was the Head Housekeeping staff, she was the only one with a smile that weekend, she spoke, and to us to have a good day. To say the least I will never stay there again. I will make sure when my son has a basketball tournament weekend to book well in advance to stay at a different establishment. I weight heavily on the reviews of places and I should have heeded the call to stay away.

We have always had a pleasant experience at la quintas before. The location here was horrible...it was situated behind many closed down and boarded up buildings. I almost drove away. I decided to give it a try since i had already paid for the room in advance online. The inside was fine. However the check in staff was rather put out and couldn't be bothered in giving us any information other than handing us our room key. We would've appreciated being given information regarding the breakfast buffet and check in and out times. Instead we had to seek that information out ourselves.

St.Aayed with a friend and her son, and because we got a "disability" room, its was HUGE! I loved the amount of space - and the bathroom was huge. Everything was very clean and comfortable, but the ac unit didn't work. Also the hot tub wasn't hot. The continental breakfast was sufficient, but the coffee was not great...I am very picky about hotels and this place was good. We went for the beach but we were rained out...This hotel is not close to the beach...about 10miles. All in all it was a very comfortable stay at a very nice hotel with very nice staff. Would stay here again!

night manager was rude and incompetent. room blankets were stained and filthy. when we asked for replacement blankets got none.

Very friendly staff, Clean and loved the heavenly bed! Small things like the door in the bath looked knocked around and the hook was missing

The rooms were large and clean. It looks as if the hotel was newly remodeled.

The hotel is really nice. However, it is located behind a gentlemens club and an older motel. Once in the hotel, all is forgotten about the location. The breakfast was so so. But the breakfast did have the basics. I recommend this hotel if traveling or for a few days stay.

Quiet hotel with great clean room perfect for our needs.

The hotel itself was so-so. I always check under the sheets and the mattress was very yellowed. I had one teeny bottle of shampoo left in the room. When i checked in i asked for any snacks and was directed to a door around the corner which i needed my room key to enter. I selected 2 snacks and called out through the window to pay. After several minutes i finally ledt the money on the counter and went to my room. The nexr morning when i p,ugged in the hairdryer it began rattling like something was loose and tumbling around inside, it sparked and there was a burning odor and it shut off. I called the front desk and the solution was he had to give me a key to another room to go dry my hair. Really? They couldn't bring me a dryer? The location was the most scary Right off i95 seemed convenient, however, to get to it you turn left at the Cheaters Gentlemen's Club (ie, strip joint) then wind your way through the parking lot of a "no-tell motel" that looked like it had some permanent residents living there and you finally arrive at La Quinta. Being a single woman traveling alone i was extremely concerned. I will not stay at a La Quinta again.

This place was great! SUPER clean, nice staff, great breakfast. It is a smaller hotel, but totally worth staying at. I was a bit scared at first noticing the econo lodge and "cheaters" but we will definitely stay at laquinta again.

We stopped at this hotel just for the night en route from Miami to points north. It seemed recently built and was very nice for the price.

Great place to stay the rooms are beautiful. It was nice to stay where our pets are allowed to stay. Only thing a wrong is the doors need rubber bumpers on, so as when the door is left go shut it does not slam, and wakeen you up when someone gets up or goes to bed late after the normal people do. Loved the place otherwise we will stay here again!

ok only there to sleep not enough time to enjoy the pool

I was originally suppose to stay at best western which turned out to be a dump with bugs. After driving 18 hrs from NY I was not happy thankfully I found la quinta and at a great price. I stayed for a week it was very quiet and clean they have the most comfortable beds. My room had a home like feel. Free breakfast was pretty good. Loved the pool. I definitely recommend staying in this hotel

The only thing that would have made it more perfect would be for the breakfast to be available a little longer in the mornings. We arrived in the breakfast area at 9:10 and missed it completely. Everything else was fantastic.
