     The villa is perfect for the young and the young at heart who wish to bring together under one roof large families and groups celebrating all of lifes wonderful moments such as vacations, weddings, anniversaries, family reunions, golf outings, sports competitions, corporate retreats, etc.

     First floor rooms: Washington DC (master), Dubai (master), and Paris. There are 12 rooms with king beds; 1 room with 2 full-over-full bunk beds; and 1 room with 2 full-over-full bunk beds, for a total number of beds: 20
