Perfect location

Loved the location and convenience to everything. Nice neighborhood, etc. Very spacious and overall had everything we needed. There were a few issues with the house that we not big deals, but notable, when we arrived there was bags of trash in one rooms closet, food on the kitchen utensil holder, etc. There were items that needed repair, such as the handle to the oven was loose and falling off, closet door off track, and a clogged sink that was slow draining. But nothing urgent that we wanted to spend part of our paid trip dealing with having maintenance come and fix while we were there. We preferred it be fixed after we left so that it didnt interfere with our stay. I reported ilthe issues to the owner, prior to or leaving the following day, he responded in a way that seemed if he was blaming us for damaging the stove, which is not the case. When I asked if he was saying that he stopped responding all together. Overall, I would stay there again,

Great home base for family trip to Universal!

Great place to stay for a family trip to Universal! After a long day at the parks this home was a great place to come back to relax and reset. Everyone had their own room and bathroom which was so nice for our adult children & spouses. So many options to just chill whether that be swimming in the private or community pool, walking around the community pond or even working out at the clubhouse. The house had everything we needed to be able to start and end the day in comfort. The property owner and vacation rental manager were great to respond to questions or requests. The property is in a nice gated community with easy access to amusement parks, restaurants, movie theaters, etc. Highly recommend for anyone planning a family trip to the amusement parks in Orlando!

Great vacation Villa.

The property was clean and well maintained. I thought it was larger in person than the photos. The pool was warm and enjoyed by all. We swam morning, afternoon and evening and it was always enjoyable. It was great not having to pack beach towels because they were furnished along with bathroom towels. The house is very quiet. I could not hear other family members getting ready in the morning. The kitchen is well stocked. There is a variety of glasses. We especially liked the large plastic ones we could use on the outside table. There are lots of silverware. The cupboards had everything from plates to pots and pans. The refrigerator is very large. Having the Super Walmart down the street was great. We were only 20 minutes from Universal Studios and the way GPS took us we missed all the traffic. We loved our stay here and would come again.

West/O’Loughlin Vacation

Having this beautiful villa allowed us to enjoy three families spend quality time together. Also, visits from a college friend and family, grandma/great grandma, and sister and husband made for an amazing stay. Can’t wait to return!

Fabulous Family Reunion

Spacious 6 bedrooms for the 7 of us, each with private bath, we were all very happy with our privacy. Enjoyed warm pool and spa. Game room in garage was great, we wish we had more time to enjoy it. Wonderful location to shopping. We would stay again.

Excellent property for family stay.

The Villa was very spacious, well equipped and very clean! Great location and would certainly stay again. I would also add the pool area was the cleanest I have come across during all my stays in Orlando. Great communications with the owner too prior to our visit.

Terrific!!

The house is as beautiful as it looks in the pictures. The streets of Bellavida are beautifully picturesque. Steve was very nice and quickly responded to my questions. We had one insignificant issue with the pool that was quickly remedied by the property manager. Kissimmee is a happening place, so driving around the neighborhood is slow and lots of traffic most of the time. Our family had a great time, and we would highly recommend this vacation rental to anyone that wants to take in the busy Orlando area!

Property was nice, WiFi was not good and 5g was not great, some family members needed to work while staying and couldn’t from the house. It’s nice and spacious lots of space for privacy. Pool heater was not working the week we were in the house. I would stay here again

The check in process was simple… which was great because we drove 10 hours. All together we had a party of 12, and there was still plenty of room..House was clean, pool was warm.. just perfect! Definitely will stay again.

Perfect for our needs

The house was very nice and clean. The pool and the game room were a huge hit with the kids. Proximity to amusement parks was easy drive. I would recommend this property if you are going to Disney.

Perfect vacation home for a large family

The house is spacious and the numerous bathrooms are very convenient. Each of our teens had their own bed & bath - no fighting! The kids loved the pool, hot tub & game room. Location is close to restaurants & shopping but far enough to keep the neighbourhood quiet. However, the bedrooms do not have enough lighting. The house was clean & tidy but could use a deep clean ( ex: rugs, cabinet full of grimy wine classes). The garbage was supposed to get picked ip daily but was not. After 2 days, the racoons got to it. We had to clean the mess & started taking our trash to the compactor ourselves. Otherwise, it is a fantastic property.
