Overall this house was large enough for our group of 11 to feel comfortable. The house was as described in the photos. We enjoyed the movie room and the hot tub especially after a long day at the parks. Would definitely recommend this house for a large group or family.

The property wasn’t exactly how it was portrayed in the picture, but similiar. The house in the pictures had a driveway, backyard was facing west with a nice sunset, houses had separation, the living room furniture was suitable for a seating of 10. The actual property had common parking, the house were six feet apart, the backyard faced east, One of the two electronic games was broken our entire stay. I don’t typically like to begin with the negatives but this is an important one that I don’t want any parents to miss. The windows did not have screens, including in the Star Wars themed kids room. We found my nephew hanging out of the window from the waist down trying to get to the small portion of roof a few feet below. With 7 kids in out party,the rest of the trip had all the adults on high alert and elevated anxiety. As these homes are geared towards families, I just think this is a non-negotiable. Another safety concern we had were the blind cords. The living room being the main issue for us with a couch that made it accessible to the 1 year old who loved playing with it. We had to rig it up so she couldn’t reach. On to some positives, excellent location and the house was perfect for our large travel party of 8 adults and 7 kids. The kids loved the game room! Though it does have super cool bunk beds in the room, you can’t really use them because you can shut down all the machines which have lights and sounds (unless there is a way and we just couldn’t figure it out).The themed rooms were great. Movie room was perfect and got lots of use but lots of candy wrappers underneath from previous guests. Pool area was perfect, being screened in was great, especially with the alligator that hung out in the lake behind the house. The safety items will keep me from staying here or any Diamond Property again. But if traveling without kids it’s a great spot.

Beautiful Property near Disney

My group of 17 stayed at this property for a week in June. Check in was smooth, we were hoping for early check in and that didn't happen but no fault of the rental staff. The house was beautiful, very clean, great amount of space. We loved the pool area and patio, the view over the water was gorgeous. The beds were comfortable. Kitchen was well stocked for the most part (we could have used more serving dishes and more plastic glasses for by the pool). It was about a 25 minute drive to Disney parks which did not bother us (that includes some traffic). We enjoyed the theater room and the TV on the patio as well! The ice maker on the refrigerator could be better, we had to buy bags of ice to fill water bottles for the parks. The game room was great but we felt that there was almost too much stuff in there. It was difficult to play foosball b/c of the other game machines. My kids loved the car racing game and the Jurassic Park game. They enjoyed the jeep bunk beds, too. Overall an excellent stay, we stay in rental homes for pretty much all of our family vacations and this was an excellent rental for a large group.

Our family of 9 had a great week here. The property is very clean, so close to everything and had everything we needed. The games in the game room didn’t work but, we were so busy we didn’t even have time to reach out about it so that was no fault to management. The security gate to the pool is very hard to latch , the pool guy helped us with it and we were able to get it after that. We would definitely come back and stay.

House was fantastic and the host was very attentive during our stay if we needed anything or had any questions. The verification process is a nightmare and very excessive when you book the property. They charge extra to have a bbq grill at the house and they charge extra for heating up the hot tub. Both those should be included with the house in my opinion.

GREAT SENIOR TRIP

Had a fantastic stay. Only problem was the air broke in the upstairs one night. Was 80* with people trying to sleep in the rooms. Took the maintenance, an AC company, and the maintenance crew 3x coming to the house to finally get it repaired. I had to stay there and miss a day with my group so it could be fixed. Was a fantastic stay and would stay there again.
