Our room was very large. Three bed and three full baths easily fit our family of five. We were in building 2 which was a 10 minute walk from the pools, but outside of that everything was excellent with our stay.

We enjoyed the Grove. Rooms, Pools, Restaurants and Bars were great. Check-in was not great at all. Staff worked hard and did great, but clearly needed some help. Rooms were slow to get cleaned and didn't get some requested items, but overall a good trip.

The room was clean, the service was very slow, they automatically add a tip to every purchase, the pool was nice but spread out from the rest of the resort. It would be a very nice place to stay if the service was better, it just took a very long time to find anyone and just as long to get food or a drink.

I was in a two bedroom condo with a spacious kitchen. It’s was clean and very comfortable. Great beds! Kitchen had stove, oven, blender, toaster. It doesn’t have any supplies though which was expected cause they have a grocery store on the property. It didn’t have a whole lot of utensils either. Staff were very kind. Plenty of towels. On request they provided me with extra blankets and dishwasher soap within 15 mins. Pools were clean. We enjoyed our time in water park. Thank you Fetch from front desk for checking in. Ill certainly come back 🙂
