It was a perfect home for our 2 families. 2 masters for the parents and a bed for all 5 children. Having 4 bathrooms was extraordinary. The location was ideal to both Disney and Universal. The home was very clean and well maintained. Would definitely stay here again!

Spacious but needs some TLC

Location and amount of space was great, but property is in need of some tender loving care. Carpet throughout the house was soiled which had us concerned about the cleanliness of the property. Grout in upstairs bathroom was dirty and chipped. Floor was sagging in upper bedroom which made for loud noises when getting in and out of bed. White couches are extremely worn and need replacing. The rental did have a fair amount of space and the beds were really comfortable. Property contact was extremely responsive and helpful.

We had a great stay, this is like our 5th time at the resort and it’s always very nice. The house had a few minor issues that were resolved quickly. Our hot water wasn’t working the first day and they had it fixed within an hour of me making the call. The pool could have had the walls cleaned better but it didn’t stop us or the kids from being in it everyday, and we had trouble with the tv remotes but overall the house and the stay was a 9 out of 10.

Tennis tournament weekend

The property was very clean and well appointed. We needed batteries for the remotes which were given the next morning. The bed frame under one of the king beds was busted, and maintenance replaced it the next day. We were very comfortable all weekend.
