Smoking, vaping, and electronic cigarette use are strictly prohibited, and violations may result in fines of up to $500.

All visitors must be approved in advance. Visitors are not permitted to stay overnight unless they are included in the reservation.



5. Occupancy Limit

Only the number of guests included in the reservation are allowed to stay overnight.



6. Damages & Missing Items

Guests are responsible for any missing or damaged items, including (but not limited to) stained towels or linens. Charges will also apply for each lost, missing, or damaged remote.



7. Trash & Recycling

Very strict policies, please follow all instructions carefully. Trash pickup occurs daily at varying times. Please place all trash bags inside the brown trash can by the front door before departure. Failure to follow house or city guidelines may result in additional fees.

The Host is not responsible for any accidents, injuries, illness, or death that may occur during your stay. The Host is also not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables. By booking, guests assume all risks associated with their stay.
