Perfect Home for Our Stay in Orlando

This property was exactly what we were looking for - ample space, responsive host, close to parks, and an accessible outdoor space/pool. The host was very responsive to our questions and the property was exactly as described. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Great home!

We had a wonderful stay. Listing looked exactly posted. Plenty of bath and pool towels. We used the pool heater and jacuzzi and it was warm enough in early February. Location was perfect for Disney and our party of 10 adults (all couples) and 3 kids (3, 4, & 6 yo) fit perfectly. I would recommend if you stay at this property, request they lower the A/C. Even in February, it’s still Florida (lol). Overall we would definitely stay at this property and with this property management company again.

Great golf trip

Overall we were very happy with our stay at Sabal Palm House. The communication prior to and during our stay with Sophie was fantastic, she was a great host. The house is "as advertised", was very clean, and the pool area was great. The house also included enough starter supplies, e.g. soap, shampoo, toilet paper, paper towels, etc. to last a few cays. For those planning to play golf, there are several area courses within a 10-15 min drive such as Orange County, Orange Lake, and Falcon's Fire. Several restaurant options are also within a few minute drive. The Emerald Island community is very accessible and safe. I wouldn't hesitate to stay at Sabal Palm again in the future.

Amazing stay, we will stay again.

Beautiful villa. Lots of space and facilities. All as described. We were a family of 5 adults. Situated in a quiet street within Emerald Island Resort. Feels very safe. Pool is stunning and jacuzzi was warm. Pool was warm enough, without heating as recommended from the host for a September stay. Air conditioning worked well, as a reasonably cool temp most of the time. Kitchen well equipped. Bedrooms all comfortable. We would stay again.

This house was great for our family of 13. There was plenty of space for the wide variety of ages we travelled with. When we needed help or answers the host responded instantly and helped us out. I would stay here again and would definately recommend this house for others

Great Choice

Our extended family spent the Thanksgiving Holiday weekend at the Sabal Palm House. The house and yard were clean, pleasantly decorated, and with plenty of space for the family. Sophie was a great host; responding quickly to every question. I highly recommend this house for a comfortable family get-together.

Beautiful property.

Very beautiful property, well maintained, very well located, close to many restaurants, close to Walmart, Target, Publix, and less than 15 minutes from Disney World. Sophie is very professional, she answers any questions quickly and helps you feel at home. We will surely return.

Orlando family Vacay

I've stayed in many homes with VRBO in Orlando before - Sophie stands out as an incredible host and was very responsive to anything we needed. We absolutely loved our stay in her home. We stayed with 2 large families (15 people total) for 4 days. Some highlights below: LOCATION: Excellent neighborhood, very safe, inside a guard gated community, centrally located to all parks, only about 10-15 mins from Disney (about as close as you can get without staying in the actual parks). CLEANLINESS: Entire house was super clean on arrival. All linens and towels were fresh and comfy. AMENITIES: House was really big with 7 beds, 4.5 baths, two master suites with attached baththrooms (one upstairs and one downstairs). Kitchen was really well stocked with enough supplies and utensils for everyone in our group. Towels and nice toiletries were included in all the bathrooms. We were greeted by a nice welcome basket. Wifi/Internet was high speed and excellent throughout the house. Smart TVs in the main area and every bedroom that had all the apps (netflix, disney, etc). Pool Table and foozball table for the kids is a game changer. Laundry appliances was a great help also POOL: Pool/jacuzzi and entire outdoor area were very clean with nice tables/chairs to relax - we paid for the pool to be heated and I'd definitely recommend it.

Sons graduation trip

Property was perfect! Had a little issue with air and owner responded quickly. He brought over 6 fans and next day tech came to fix the problem. House was very clean. No complaints looking forward to renting again.

Hands down the best person to communicate with!

We had a HORRIBLE experience with another house we booked on VRBO. It has been a nightmare and almost ruined our 2 week vacation but thankfully the owners of this house were a gem to work with. They were quick to respond to our SOS messages. We traveled to FL with our five children and parents. 9 of us who needed a house asap since the home owner of the other house we booked went MIA. It was 4:00pm on check in day and we hadn't heard from the owner so we needed to find something right away and we found the perfect house and the best home owners. Our vacation went from being stressful to being relaxing. It's close to Disney parks and a relaxing space. We loved our time in the home and so thankful for the quick replies we always received. We would stay there again in a heartbeat.
