I had a great time at this home , my only recommendation is to get the pool heated because it was freezing and i’m guessing the jacuzzi doesn’t work without getting the pool heated ? Also bring trash bags and paper towels especially if you’re traveling with kids or a good group of people. The stay was very cozy and everyone was able to have their space

Great Location

House was in a great neighborhood to get a walk or run in each morning. The back screened in patio with the pool to hang in the evening and to enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning. It’s also minutes from about anything you need.

As listed, there is not an actual hot tub. The "hot tub" does not heat above 90 degrees, and it flows/drains into the pool directly. Additionally, if you pay for the pool heater to be turned on prior to your arrival, do not expect that the pool or the "hot tub" will be warm when you arrive as they had forgotten to turn on/up the heat above the setting of 53 degrees; I had to reach out after arriving to discuss the issue. The house itself is fair, and it had a grill as well as board games which were not listed.

Getaway Week

Very nicely maintained home. Modern and comfortable. Never needed to adjust house temperature and pool was clean (a little on the cold side, though). I felt a little nickel and dimed over the $56 fee to use the grill, which I only used twice...overall 4 stars though!

We had several issues we experienced during our stay at the property.First, we paid for the heated pool for the duration of our stay, but it appeared to only be turned on for one day. This was disappointing since it was one of the amenities we specifically paid for and planned to use. And the pool was looked like it was never cleaned with green algae water.Additionally, the house was not as clean as expected upon arrival. There were several areas that did not appear to have been properly cleaned.Another major concern was a strong smell of cigarette smoke inside the house cigarettes burns on the furniture- nobody in our party smokes cigarettes and the smell was all over our clothes and bags when we left the property Would not recommend to stay here..

Ok

Great location, great communication. My friends and I had to continually clean the pool due to the bugs. When renting, I have never had to pay an additional fee for use of the grill so this was sort of a bummer. Other than that everything else was ok.

I was very disappointed with this stay, especially considering we paid nearly 1,000 for three nights.Upon arrival, the property was not in the condition we expected. The pool was dirty, and the pool technician later informed us that it had not been cleaned since Monday, despite our check-in being on Friday. A vacation rental should have all amenities cleaned and ready before guests arrive. The cleanliness of the home was also concerning. We found fecal stains on a toilet seat, which is completely unacceptable in a property advertised as professionally cleaned. We also found hair on the towels that were left for guests, forcing us to purchase our own towels from Target during our stay.Additionally, I paid an extra fee to use the grill, but the access code was not provided before check-in. I had to contact the host after arriving to obtain it, which delayed our ability to use an amenity we had already paid for. What makes this even more disappointing is that I rented this home for a family reunion with siblings who traveled from out of state. Although I live nearby, I chose this property specifically so our family could spend quality time together in a clean and comfortable environment. When I raised these concerns, I was offered only a 50 refund, which I do not feel adequately reflects the condition of the property or the inconvenience we experienced.Unfortunately, this rental did not provide the quality, cleanliness, or value that was advertised. I hope the property owne

Nice location for a spacious but sparsely equipped house

The home is in a great location close to Disney and Orlando attractions. There is plenty of space with 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The game room is nice although only a couple pool sticks were not broken and the dart board was missing pieces. It is clearly a very sparsely-stocked rental however. There were few towels. There are no starter items such as dishwasher detergent, although guests are told to run the dishwasher at check-out. There were enough seats in the kitchen area for family to sick. The living room configuration is not optimal and the lighting is very poor, making it not the nicest place to hang out in the evenings. Overall, location was why we chose it and it worked well for a family visit to Orlando.

Disappointed with cleanliness and basic maintenanceWhile the house itself has a good layout and plenty of potential, our stay was ruined by a severe lack of cleanliness and basic maintenance. Loved the location. The house was full of dust, causing sinus issues for most of our group. Basic items were broken throughout, including a master shower door that wouldn't seal and a light fixture in one bedroom that flashed continuously. Privacy was a major issue at night because broken window blinds that would allow people outside to see right into the home. The pool area was poorly lit at night, dirty, and contained hair weave left over from previous renters. As a result, none of the adults in our group felt comfortable using the pool and the kids only went in for an hour only one day of our stay and complained—which was the main reason we booked a summer rental.Management urgently needs to hire a thorough housekeeping crew, fix broken fixtures, and replace missing window coverings for safety and privacy. My concern were never really address outside of saying I had to pay to turn jacuzzi on, and I know you can use a jacuzzi with the heat. Nothing was said about those broke window blinds which was obivious as soon as you walk in the house.
