A 4BR 3BA townhome with a private splash pool situated in a resort with all the amenities you will need for a great stay close to the major parks. Townhome is close to the clubhouse, faces south and offers full privacy since there is no rear neighbor.

Our town home probably has one of the best locations in Paradise Palms. It's just around the corner from the clubhouse and there is no other house overlooking the pool and the lanai which you will highly appreciate.

The Queen bedroom and Full/Twin bedroom share one bathroom with walk in shower.



We supply bed linen, towels and a starter kit to our guests. The starter kit consists of one roll of toilet paper per bathroom, one trash bag, one tab for the washing machine and one for the dishwasher as well as some shampoo and soap.



Our house comes with one assigned parking space. There are also unassigned parking spaces if you plan to come with several cars.
The vacation home is air-conditioned and features a kitchen, 3 bathrooms, and a balcony, and there's space to spread out with 4 bedrooms. Other standard amenities include a private pool, a washing machine, and a coffee maker.

My family spent a week here and it was amazing Location is close to main pool which was perfect. Mark is very responsive as well. The pool at the house was a plus as well. Was close to all activities, restaurants etc. overall a great place to stay. Would definitely stay here again.

We had an overall excellent stay at this condo and would absolutely recommend it to others. The location within the community was a big highlight—the pool was just steps away, which made it so convenient for relaxing and spending time together. The unit itself was spacious enough for our group of four to comfortably stay for the week, and having parking right at the door was a huge plus.The host Mark was very responsive and quick to address any questions or requests, which made the experience even smoother.A few minor things to note: the supply of towels was a bit limited for a week-long stay however there is a washer/dryer onsite. The beds were on the firmer side, which may not suit everyone’s preference. The kitchen was functional but could benefit from a few more items, such as additional glassware, a large mixing bowl, or an extra oven pan.That said, these were small details in what was otherwise a wonderful experience. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again.
