Our 7 bedroom, 4.5-bath villa with a screened-in private pool is waiting to welcome you for your next multi-family getaway. Our home is as sunny and inviting as Orlando itself, with vaulted ceilings, comfortable furnishings, and floods of natural light. Prepare home-cooked meals in a fully equipped kitchen, and gather the group in the formal dining room or cheery breakfast area, or why not eat outside - there is plenty of furniture.

Find endless magic at Walt Disney World, stroll through downtown Orlando, or tee off at world-class golf courses: all just a short drive from your door. Return home to seven spacious bedrooms, including a downstairs king-size master with an en-suite bathroom featuring a double vanity, walk-in shower, and tub. All the other bedrooms are upstairs. A second king-size bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with a tub/shower combo. 2 queen bedrooms and a twin bedroom share a bathroom with bathtub/shower combo. The other 2 twin bedrooms share a bathroom with a tub/shower combo. All the bedrooms have flat screen TVs and ceiling fans.

Very Clean property

Upon arrival check in was very easy and Property manger made great accommodations for my family and I. I was thrown off guard by a security deposit upon check in. I did receive it back in full after our stay, it did just throw me off a little. Other than that small hiccup, the house was great. Great community clubhouse. Not too far from Disney, universal, or the beach. Would definitely recommend.

First family vacation and it went great. Honestly the house was more than we could ever ask for, it was super clean and lots of space! Will definitely recommend it to people! And hope get it again in the future!

Oppressive

The house was nice! However we got a call and text stating the police were called to our house at 1030pm because of a noise complaint. We were all in bed by 9:30 because we were leaving early to go to Busch gardens. It took a day or so to sort it out they had the wrong address which caused us a great deal of stress!!!!!!! We are a quiet group but after realizing the cops were called on someone at 1030 2 houses down and it didn’t wake any of us up it made us all feel very uncomfortable. The resort felt much less like a place to have fun and more like a oppressive environment. When your on vacation you should be able to let your hair down. I don’t recommend this resort to anyone who wants to feel like you can relax. Better be in bed before 10 like good children.

Beauty isnt everything

My experience was one to remember my family and I dreamt about this vacation for months. When we got there the house was beautiful but as we settled in we relaized beauty isnt everything. The a/c upstairs went down for 2 days so my family had to sleep in my room down stairs all 10 of us vacation went to a slumber party, the next day we went out we returned later that evening about 9pm to find the wifi was down and needed to be reset then the light fixtures fell from the ceiling lucky no one was walking by, one of the upstairs bedroom was without power for 3 days they couldnt watch tv or charge their phone in the room that they paid for for 3 days. The pool does not come heated and its a charge to do that, the amount of money spent to rent this house is not worth it. It quickly went from a vacation everyone was waiting for to a vacation everyone wanted to be over and done with. This was our first time renting a Terra Verde home and it will be our last being on one of the property.
