Great home with comfortable layout! Nice distance from the parks but close to anything we needed! It was nice coming home from the parks, our gps would send us back roads around the main tourist strip that gets busy after park hours. So much calmer.Hot tub felt amazing early morning before busy park day or late night after a full park day! Loved the extra table and counter tops to organize stuff on a busy trip! Plenty of dresser storage to move in and feel like home. Having 3 bathrooms was nice for getting everyone ready at the same time!
Relaxing with some calm “me time” is so much better than hotel life!

Enjoyable Stay

We were three adults for a stay of 30 days. The home itself is comfortable and well appointed. Two of us were able to work while the third got to lay at the pool. Kitchen had plenty of actually usable chef's tools and pots and pans. The gated community is nice and the clubhouse has lots of items in case you forget them. Homeowner and property management were friendly and responsive.

Wonderful

Relaxing and well maintained. The sewage stench from down the street here and there is the only bad thing. We enjoyed it very much and appreciated the pool toys already there.

Absolutely wonderful!!!!

Have been renting Winters for over 10 years. We have always liked Windsor Palms. Have rented several places at this resort. This year we hit the Jackpot. Home was great, clean, well stocked with dishes, pots/pans, etc. The owners were/are great to work with. All involved with care of this home were wonderful. Will be back again. Thanks for a great stay😊👍

Family Trip

This property was in good proximity to theme parks and pretty much everything we needed for our stay. Condo was nice and comfortable, but lived in. Check-in and out was very easy with detailed instructions on what was required during our stay. The private pool and hot tub was an added bonus.

VB tournament home base

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Our family of two grandparents, two parents, and two teenagers had plenty of space to relax. The kitchen had everything we needed to eat-in when we wanted a quiet meal. The pool, hot tub, and pool table were great! We shot some baskets at the community courts, but spent most of the time in the house when we weren’t out and entertaining. Shopping malls and food stores were nearby. Very close to Disney!

Clean, open concept property great for entertaining families.

From the moment I was interested in the property, Nicki had great communication. My family and I spent 8 nights at the property. The house was very clean and sanitized. It had all the amenities you need for a great vacation. The linen was heavily stocked, they had beach towels, towels for the pool, and extra covers stored in the closet. The garage/gameroom was such a great addition for kids and adults to occupy. The pool area was nice and private, it was heated and very clean. The property pool had toys, a grill and a safety screen for the little ones which was great. The sun hit the pool area very nice, there were no obstructing trees or anything of that nature. Nicki was always so prompt and helpful whenever we did need to contact her. The property was located in a gated and quiet community. During our stay, the community fitness room and pool were a great plus whenever were wanted to step out the house. I would definitely recommend this place for anyone looking for family fun vacation. The location was literally 5 minutes from a main street that had so many restaurants and shopping plazas.

Amazing time! The property was perfect for my family of 5 and my sister in law and her family.

We had ample space to spread out. The kitchen was stocked with essentials. We never ran out of towels. The pool was perfect for the kids. We didn’t travel much because of COVID but wanted to give the kids some pool time and this place did it for us. Will be booking next year!

Great stay for a family!

The check in process was very easy. Our two children (ages 4 and 8) LOVED the game room and the themed bedrooms. We purposely chose a house with a game room so our children would be comfortable and be thoroughly entertained while indoors. The two King size beds were very comfortable. The Primary suite was huge and nicely appointed along with the rest of the home. The kitchen was great and had everything we needed and more! It was great because we saved money on eating out by cooking here. The convenience of being within delivery distance of Target was perfect because we were able to get grocery items delivered that we did not bring with us. We spent a lot of time in the beautiful pool and hot tub. Our children loved the pool toys that were available. It was difficult to get them out of it when it was time. lol The best part that helped with my peace of mind was the safety features for the pool like the alarm, high locks, and the screen around the pool. I was able to rest easy knowing our 4 y/o couldn't sneak into the pool without our knowledge. The laundry room was also great especially because we made a day trip to the beach. We were able to return to the house, rinse our beach items, and wash our clothing. It was very thoughtful of the owner to provide detergent for the washing machine and for the dishwasher. If visiting, you should definitely bring your own paper towels and trash bags depending on how long your stay is (we stayed 4 days). You do receive a welcome package from the property for your stay, but the one roll of paper towels and a couple trash bags will not be enough if your family is anything like mine. I would suggest washing any dishes before using them in case the prior vacationer did not thoroughly clean their dishes. I did find food traces in a couple bowls in the cabinet, but nothing a quick wash couldn't handle. I found the entire home to be very clean and that's saying a lot coming from me. Disclaimer: I'm a little OCD so I do a lot of wiping and cleaning no matter where I am. haha We are already looking forward to visiting again because this home was PERFECT for our family's mini-vacay before we all return to the daily grind of the school year!

Beautiful villa, great stay

Beautiful villa. Great hosts! The only issue we had was that the pool was way too hot and even though we told the management company about it on Friday, the issue was only resolved on Monday. Other than that, our stay was very pleasant.

This property was perfect for all our needs! Within 10-20min of all Disney parks and Disney Springs. Kids lived in the pool! Any questions I had were answered right away by the management company or the owners! Will stay again!
