12 people stayed in this Kissimmee home for 4 nights, and the location was definitely a highlight. The property is in a safe, gated community, and the pool and jacuzzi were both very nice features that we enjoyed. The host was relatively responsive and accommodating when we requested additional kitchen supplies. Issues that made our stay less comfortable than expected were some of the beds were quite hard which made sleeping challenging for a few members of our group but the primary bedroom had a comfortable setup.The media room was not prepared for guests. We had to purchase an HDMI cable ourselves and figure out how to connect the projector just to watch a movie and the cable service was not working. The loud door alarm that sounded when a door to the pool area was opened (safety for kids) It took 2 days to inform us that we could disarm since we had no kids. One side of the stove didn’t work properly (we had to light manually with match), making it difficult to cook meals for 12 people. The washing machine also malfunctioned during our stay, overflowing into both the kitchen and theater room creating a major cleanup for us and an unwelcome disruption. Many TV remotes needed batteries, seems the property hadn’t been properly checked or maintained before our arrival. Keurig coffee maker didn’t work, the propane tank for the grill was nearly empty we had to replace. Host was courteous and did what she could once issues were reported.
