The home exceeded our expectations on every level. Website was extremely accurate on the home showing exactly what you were getting. 8 of us (golfers) spent many hours in the pool, hot tub and playing with the big chess board out back after our golf. Great location to everything you need including the courses. The property manager was fantastic in keeping in touch before and during our stay. This is the place to stay if you wanna be spoiled while in the area!

Stunning accommodation and outstanding location, as so close to Disney is was easier and cheaper to use uber instead of our hired car.

Family vacation

The house was beautiful! The hosts were excellent at communicating and checking in through out our stay. We arrived early and without asking they offered us access to the house upon arrival. The rooms and bathrooms were Very clean! The pool is simply amazing and we enjoyed it day/night! We LOVE staying in this neighborhood! We highly recommend booking this house or any with this host!

The pool was filthy and the pool deck had mold on it. Outdoor kitchen wash full of trash and filthy. The host was picking up trash as we were checking out the property before checking in. Paint peeling from ceiling and water spots all over ceiling in various bedrooms.Stove still working partially as reported several months ago.

12 people stayed in this Kissimmee home for 4 nights, and the location was definitely a highlight. The property is in a safe, gated community, and the pool and jacuzzi were both very nice features that we enjoyed. The host was relatively responsive and accommodating when we requested additional kitchen supplies. Issues that made our stay less comfortable than expected were some of the beds were quite hard which made sleeping challenging for a few members of our group but the primary bedroom had a comfortable setup.The media room was not prepared for guests. We had to purchase an HDMI cable ourselves and figure out how to connect the projector just to watch a movie and the cable service was not working. The loud door alarm that sounded when a door to the pool area was opened (safety for kids) It took 2 days to inform us that we could disarm since we had no kids. One side of the stove didn’t work properly (we had to light manually with match), making it difficult to cook meals for 12 people. The washing machine also malfunctioned during our stay, overflowing into both the kitchen and theater room creating a major cleanup for us and an unwelcome disruption. Many TV remotes needed batteries, seems the property hadn’t been properly checked or maintained before our arrival. Keurig coffee maker didn’t work, the propane tank for the grill was nearly empty we had to replace. Host was courteous and did what she could once issues were reported. Need better property preparation for 5
