Getting Around:

For the very best experience, we recommend that guests have a car. There is so much to do that the freedom of a car is very nice. However, other transportation options are available. Lyft and Uber are plentiful, easy, and convenient, especially for enjoying a safe night out or avoiding the hassle of parking at the parks. There is also a high speed train leaving from MCO Airport that gets you to Miami in about 3.5 hours if you want to enjoy a day trip (HIGHLY RECOMMENDED).

This unit is **self-catering**, meaning consumable items such as toiletries, cleaning products, and paper products are not included. We provide **starter rolls** of toilet paper, paper towels, and hotel-sized soap and shampoo as a courtesy. However, guests will need to bring or purchase additional supplies after these items are used up.



Due to the nature of vacation rentals and the need to clean/replace items between guests, it is possible that the quilts, duvets, bed runner, and/or pillows may be different than the specific ones shown in the photos.



Please note that amenities such as the pool, fitness center, and other facilities may be subject to **closure or interruption** without notice due to weather, new restrictions, or other unforeseen issues as determined by the HOA, service providers, and management.



**Golf and Mini Golf** are **PAID** amenities, while all other listed amenities are **free** for guests to enjoy.



**Pool toys are available but not guaranteed



**Small dogs are welcome with pre-approval only. Please obtain approval prior to booking. In addition, there will be a pet fee of $150 per dog collected after you book.
