First the good, the house is spacious and close enough to Disney and Universal. The management company was mostly responsive - corrected a lock malfunction when some of our group was locked inside the house. The resort facilities were great.That said, we had a really terrible experience and I would not recommend the house. The home was very poorly maintained and was not clean. We had to clean bathrooms and counters and wash sheets and towels because we found them dirty and complete with the prior guests' fallen hair and soap residue. Walls were broken/stained, carpets had what looked like vomit and blood (every room had some mystery stain) and the owners request no shoes on the carpet, the fixtures throughout the house were loose, missing, or broken, pool table was not usable since the sticks were broken, the sliding glass door in the back did not lock so we did not feel our belongings were secure, and I could go on. The house was not group ready- there weren't basic pantry staples, not enough paper towel or dish soap and few utencils/pots/pans and dishes. We had to supplement a lot. On top of that the rules and restrictions were extra and not conducive to large groups plus everything was an added charge even use of the grill. Worst of all, we mentioned our significant dissatisfaction to management on arrival (given the dirty state of the house) and they offered no remedy. We were very disappointed and wouldnt stay there again.
