When I arrived there were dirty towels on one of the bedrooms. No bath towels and no sheets lm the bed. I arrived late on Christmas Eve and after speaking to the host she told me she couldn’t get me any towels and sheets until the day after Christmas. So my family and I had no towels or sheets for 2 days. The dishes were dirty and floors were soooo dirty. The microwave stopped working on the third day. I let the host know and she was suppose to get maintenance to come but no one showed and I didn’t hear from her again. This was absolutely the WORST experience for a vacation home I’ve EVER had! For what I paid for this condo and the pictures are very deceptive. I asked about a refund and the host would never respond. I wish I could give this property a ZERO.
