Very well laid out

The house was a great size for our party of 25. The house could use some updating and repairs. There were not sufficient pots and pans for a large group, there were holes in the walls behind lots of doors, the listing showed 2 utility rooms on the floor plan and there was only 1, the wall paper was peeling off the walls in many places, the trash disposal was gross (there was a pool box out by the road that was broken when we arrived so it had 3 sides and no lid…the buzzards destroyed our trash daily so we had to pick up pieces of trash constantly), and the internet was not good at all. However, we would rent this place again for the simple fact that it was extremely roomy and held our large party with ease. With a few upgrades and touch ups this would be a 5 star stay!

Our stay was nice. The home was beautiful but few maintenance repairs are needed. Overall I would definitely recommend friends and family to stay here.. We will definitely return.. Thanks!

Very good house for vacation

My family and I were celebrating my son's birthday. This house is not far from Disney, which is very convenient. My kids had a great time, tematic rooms It's very cute ☺️. Well, I have some complaints: I found insects in the kitchen, the utensils weren't very clean. The master bedroom bathroom did not have running water and we discovered a lot of hair in the drain; The spa heater did not work properly, which caused us frustration. Honestly, the problem is not the house, but the way it is being maintained needs a little more attention. And even through many calls and emails, they insisted on saying that the heater was working fine, but my children won't be able to use it because the water didn't heat up. This was my experience but I hope that these small problems are resolved as the house is very good, comfortable, the rooms are comfortable, the decoration is very beautiful and access to the house is very easy, I hope everything is resolved, position to be noted all this information is because this is an opportunity for everyone to solve the problems of future renters.
