Our Florida Family Vacation

The house itself was incredible...enough bedrooms & bathrooms for everyone. Everyone loved the pool, & it was warm enough we didn't need it heated. Loved the bathroom off the pool & shower, so kids weren't dripping all over the place. There were some issues with the property that should not have been issues, such as the door code did not work,

Family Florida Vacation!

From Check-in, at the front gate, we were somewhat offset as the “guard” barely made any effort to direct us to the Management Office. We drove in and found it and the parking situation sucks. A circular driveway, where people are trying to check in as well as others dropping off or picking up people going to the pool area is not conducive to flowing traffic. Arrival at the house was EXCELLENT!! The pictures show exactly what we got! The house was OUTSTANDING! The downstairs game room was a hit with the basketball game, Fast & Furious, Air Hockey and the Video Game. Plenty of time was spent in there by a lot of us when we weren’t out and about. We also used the upstairs game room (pool table, wall mounted Scrabble, darts,shuffleboard), which was a great night of just “family time”. The house has smart TVs all around, so it wasn’t a big deal to use our personal Netflix/Prime accounts to log on and watch movies (but if you do this, be sure to log out when you leave). The pool was also well used. The screened in patio/pool area is something I wish we could do at home. No bugs! (the grill needs a good cleaning though). The bedrooms were spacious, and with each being its own “suite” everyone had their own space and privacy when needed. The biggest issue we had during our stay was the SMOKE DETECTORS. We had to call 3 TIMES to get them out to replace batteries in 4 of them! But overall, we had a GREAT TIME!

The house was beautiful. The pictures online did not reveal how beautiful the house really was! They thought of everything three washers and dryers two refrigerators. The kids stated that they wanted to live in a house like this one day!

Family first vacation

Absolutely an amazing time in this home, my family enjoyed every inch of this home, from bedrooms to game room to outside living. Plenty of space for everyone, no one seem to be on top of each with about 23 people. Would definitely redo this home again.

An extended family getaway

Overall, our party of 17 had a good stay. The house is fabulous for a large group in terms of space, number of bedrooms and number of bathrooms. Unfortunately, there were quite a few things that were broken / missing / lacking, including the heat for the hot tub. We spent a good amount of time going back and forth with the property management company trying to rectify this. This spoilt part of our vacation. Also, given the size of house, the kitchen was sorely missing the amount of cooking utensils / equipment that you would expect. The dishwasher was also a poor quality and didn't clean dishes very well. The trip would have been close to perfect if the issues we experienced are fixed, so you don't have to constantly be going back and forth.

Had a Great family vacay. The Villatel team was prompt to respond to the issues we had in the home and checked in to make sure they were resolved. This is my third time staying with them and will definitely book again in the future.

The stay was amazing! We were in town for my daughter's graduation, and we had 18 people (4 generations) staying. The house was comfortable, even with that many people. Everything was advertised. Any questions we had, Villatel was quick to respond!

Wonderful vacation

We loved everything about the house and the resort. The management staff is VERY responsive and promptly addressed all concerns. We needed some new gaming and sports equipment for the simulator and arcade and they swapped out the old with the new. We also needed some new kitchen utensils and they dropped them off quickly. The only other thing was there was a water leak in one of the bathrooms, they came to look, but because it needed a larger fix they left it until our departure which was fine. The house was perfect for a large group. We enjoyed all it had to offer and nobody from ages 6 mo to 72 years old was ever bored in the house! We will be back! Thank you!

Great Place to Stay

We definitely enjoyed our time here. We have stayed a lot in the area and this house Rabia with the top of them. It worked very well for our group of 23. Plenty of time to relax and close to where you want to visit. My only suggestion would be to pack some extra pots, pants and baking sheets for cooking. Definitely on the list of keepers!!!

Wonderful location for all ages. We had 21 in our group and could have just stayed at house

There are things that are not ideal (coming in and trying to get thru gate), hot tub has a mind if it’s own as it’s either colder than pool or scorching hot so be careful with it. Sunsets are amazing and home is so comfy. Beds are amazing and we will return. Great property for all ages.

Wow!!

This property has all the bells and whistles for every age. It’s clean. The beds were so comfortable. The movie theater was a great family night. Spent lots of time in the pool. The game rooms were fantastic. Highly recommend!!

BEAUTIFUL

Very BEAUTIFUL! The house accommodated all of my guest which was (22) total. No complaints from me or my guest. The only things I will say and its informing and not really a complaint. The house is so big, the cleaning crew just need to be aware of certain areas, like dusting light fixtures and the walls etc. Other than that the Pac man game room was amazing. Perfect set up for a vacation rental. Will definitely stay again.

Florida Vaca 2022

We booked through VRBO and originally had a different property booked, the original host who was not Villatel cancelled our reservation due to a double booking at the last minute. We were very fortunate to find this property available gif the time of our stay. The property was beautiful and all staff we had interactions with went above and beyond for us. We definitely will recommend Villatel to friends and family. Thank you for makeing our stay a great experience.
