This property is very outdated I have booked an executive plus Home I think it was a nice home at one point all furnishings are very outdated and well used a very small pool area that was very dirty and that we had to clean our self and purchase stuff also to be able to clean it was very disappointed in this property

This property was located in a very central location to Disney World & Universal and in a quiet neighborhood …that was about the only good things! Just so you know that this STANDARD HOME DOESN’T provide toilet paper past the two half rolls when we got there! Also no paper towels, Kleenex, liquid dish soap, hand soap or a working phone. When I called about the TP (that we ran out of in the middle of the night) they said that the home is a self supply home - which would have been nice to know that toilet paper was NOT included. The house AC couldn’t be turned down past a certain point because it might freeze up. All the furniture in the house is second hand which isn’t a problem but when it’s missing pieces or almost falling apart it was bad. The cleaning was ok, the house needs updated doors that don’t stick and that lock properly. Pool was good but no hot tub like pictured. Overall I would never recommend this house in the Sunridge Woods Neighborhood due to lack of care to house, squeaky/uncomfortable beds, just ok cleaning and no extras that even cheap hotels provide! Plus this is a UK company that seems to not have any minimum standards! NEVER AGAIN!!

refused to refund us for internet when we had to be moved to a whole new property not run by them .. due to pool heater broken and not working .. very rude customer service don't book with them ! roaches rat poop piles everywhere in kitchen drawers inside baby items huge piles

The property location is a gimmick, they list it under Champions Gate, which is only the business office location. But instead when you get the final details before your trip its at another location. All my family and friends rented a house at Champions Gate and I was under the impression that i did to but once i got my final details i was at Calabay parc at towers lake which was further away from family, the airport, and places we was supposed to visit. As a result had to pay more in gas and travel time was very long especially during rush hour. The house itself was overall a nice size but some parts was dirtier than others. When we first arrived we wiped down everything with lysol and disinfectant. The bathroom and kitchen was the dirtiest. The dishes that was in the cabinet was fithty and the electric can opener so we literally bought paper cups, plates, and silverware and anything we need not to use their stuff. The blinds was missing a palet here and there throughout the house which is crazy because the entire unit is cheap at Walmart and could replace it. This made the stay very uncomfortable not knowing if anyone was just watching you specifically at night. Its a privacy and safety issue. I understand that there was a 35 dollar fee per day for pool heating, but we was given only one option to pay the fee for the entire stay which is not reasonable. We did not come to Florida to just be at the house we came to have an adventure, and only needed pool heat for 2 or 3 days

I’ve stayed at homes booked through ocean villas before but this one was very dated to the point they tried scotch taping the blinds up on all the blinds on all three sliding doors to the pool . Paid for heat in the pool and not even one day was the pool heated we left a message on the fourth day which was a pool day no parks and they came and said here to fill the pool we said we already did that there’s NO HEAT and he just left another guy came 5 minutes later tested pool chemicals and dumped a ton in and said please do ME a favor and don’t go in for an hour ! On the peak heat of the day with already NO heat we now can’t even dip our feet in the pool ? No one even got back to me about the no heat issue that I paid a lot of money for and didn’t have ! Very disappointed in this stay !

The property itself was adequate, butmuch more outeated than any online photos. Very frustated that nearly no items were provided for our 9 day stay - only 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom, no trash bags, no handsoap, no dish soap. We were expected to start laundry of towels prior to departure but not provided any laundry soap. No net for cleaning the debris off the top of the pool and no life ring or other safety equipment at pool. Thermostat had siganage posted that the air conditioner couldnt be set below 78 or we risked damaging the unit and incurring a fee. Additionally, had to pay more than $30 per day for pool heat, which shoukd have been provided if a pool is advertised as a key feature. Kids loved the vacation so we minimized the frustration on trup, but would not stay with this c9mpany again and recommend looking elsewhere.

Overall the place layout was perfect, four bedrooms, three bathrooms, nice pool, home fully furnished including the kitchen and laundry room. This home met our traveling needs and privacy. We will definitely consider staying on this rental property on our next trip to Florida.

We really enjoyed our stay . We really appreciate it how quiet the community was the house had plenty of amenities we will definitely be staying again. The only improvement I would suggest washing the walls a little more frequent they are starting to show dirt beside one of the twin beds it looked as if someone had spilled something that was not cleaned up very well it was on base board.

Lots of space. Clean. Beautiful property. Quite neighborhood. Everything we needed was there. The only thing we had to buy was more toilet paper and trash bags. Much better then staying at a hotel.

The pool was nice and the house has multiple bathrooms however almost EVERYTHING is old in the kitchen and not all functional. Did see a roach but overall the place was pretty clean. The place smelled like smoke when we got here and had to air it out and the garbage was overflowing outside next to the house . The neighborhood is ok.

Overall our stay was nice. The property and furniture was wore down and could use updating. King mattress in master was not comfortable at all, only 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom, had to buy everything to make it fill like home (cleaning supplies, and toiletries). Kids had fun in the pool and game area even though the pool sticks didn't have tips.
