This place is incredibly convenient, clean, and cozy! Themed bedrooms and pool were top notch. We absolutely love it and will definitely be visiting again!

Great service, location and home

The communication from Villatel was excellent. They were super responsive to all requests. The house was exactly as advertised. The location was very good - close to shopping and highways, so 20 min to Disney and Universal. We didn’t use the clubhouse but it looked amazing. We loved our time there!

Insane house and friendly staff

The house has all the entertainment we could want! There were small maintenance issues but Villatel was always super quick to respond to requests for maintenance help! Would absolutely stay here again. The location was a bit far out so we are already looking at staying at a house in their Villatel Orlando resort for a better location next year!

Great interior design.

The interior design was the first aspect I noticed plus the fantastic furniture. My son won't stop talking about the hero-themed wall art in his bedroom. All other areas like entertainment were amazing, especially for the kids-they had arcade games set and movie screens.

Beautiful house a lot of stains. Very lived in. A lot of fun. Wrote them about servals things going on with the house. Response time was horrible.

Family of 25 stay

The house is exactly what we expected. It would of been nice to know exactly where in the complex the house was prior to booking but that was minor all things considered. Only hiccup we had was that our pool got smelly and murky over a weekend and a pool company couldn't come address it till Monday so we lost a 1.5 days of pool use on our 7 day trip. We had small issues with our AC/golf simulator and a few other small things but the property management company was always easy to get a hold and would send someone to address issues in a timely manner. I would recommend this to anyone looking to travel with a big group!

We like the property very much. This was an anniversary reunion for our nine children and their spouses. We couldn’t believe that there were enough bedrooms and private bass for each couple. That was one of the highlights. The personal swimming pool and hot tub both at the house and at the nearby resort were used often. One of the most popular activities with Pickleball at the resort clubhouse. We had a few housekeeping issues, but Villatel was very responsive. We were especially grateful that our host had guest services available throughout the weekend. Overall, a very favorable experience.

Fantastic place for a vacation

We really enjoyed our stay. The house is as advertised. The battery of a smoke alarm went off in the middle of the night, and they came and replaced the detector. It was a good experience. Everyone of all ages enjoyed the house as each bedroom had its own bathroom, there were many games to keep everyone entertained, and the kids really enjoyed the themed bedrooms. I would recommend this place. We would come back. The only challenge we had was the parking, only five parking spaces for a place that sleeps over 30, but that was more of a home owner issue and not so much with the property. We had guests parking at Publix and then took an Uber over.

Recommended & Outclass decor

We had a wonderful week in the house. Everything was very clean and the house was recently refurbished. I definitely recommend it. It is located in a gated community and close to the parks. The house is huge and there is everything for everyone. a big home theater, a beautiful pool, video games, and activities outdoors.

Great styling furniture!

Compared to other vacation homes I've experienced, these villas are top-of-the-cream. I noticed their exquisitely designed living area with stylish furnishings. These villas have an open floor plan that makes the rooms spacious. All the amenities are top-notch, with a 4k smart in the living areas. The plush sofas provide ample seating, and the massive kitchen is marvelous.

Very well maintained!

Besides having an incredible staff, these villas are well-maintained. They were extremely helpful since we were a large group. I liked this villa's awesome living area with elegant furniture. The kid's bedroom is equipped with interesting artwork that my kids enjoyed. I applaud their effort to make our vacation memorable.

Perfect location for a honeymoon!

These villas provide the perfect location for a honeymoon. They are centrally located for easy access. The area is quiet and favorable for a young couple looking to spend quality time together. The large marble island kitchen and high-ceiling living room make the experience more wholesome.
