Great location and quiet neighbourhood, location especially good for Disney. Quick responses from the host! Nice size for a family of 5 but the villa is feeling very tired and in need of some modernisation and TLC (pool area and bathrooms in particular), our feelings have been reinforced by the much better condition of the villa we have moved to for our second week in the US. Overall suited us perfectly though for our busy plans that week!

The best part of the whole stay was our contact person for the home, Renee. He was totally awesome!!! We have rented homes in the Orlando area for the past 6 years and his responsiveness and gold standard customer service made our vacation a winner. The home and neighborhood were nice, the pool was great and the amenties in the home were great as well.

Relaxing getaway

It is a good place to stay. I like the neighbored and it is not too far from anything you would want to do like going to the big parks or a trip to Old Town, Airboat rides and if you want a beach day is only a little over an hour drive.

Everything was just so so. Not terrible and not great. The single ply toilet paper, not working tub, separating nasty floor and stains everywhere just seemed like it's been used heavily and not maintained.

Great Vacation Rental

Overall we had a really great stay at the vacation house for a week. It fit all six of us very comfortably. The kids loved the pool. My only disappointment was the old sheets used on the beds. You can tell they have used them for quite some time. But other than that the stay was excellent.

Xmas & New Year 2022

Very easy check-in via lock box. Plenty of space for a family of 6 adults. Very friendly and helpful property management, quick to respond to our request for pool heat :). Pool area could do with a freshen up, as looking a little tired. Villa is close to all local amenities, and also to Universal Studios & Disney parks.

Nice stay but could use new mattresses

We had a nice stay and we had some issues with the television and they responded quickly. The mattresses are thin and could use new ones. We paid for a heated pool but it was still pretty cold. Overall the place had everything you needed and the location was a nice area

Great Vacation Home!

We stayed in this home for about a week and it was perfect to fit our needs. Its like having the comforts of home on vacation. The kitchen was fully stocked with dishes and utensils that you will need for any cooking you may be doing during your stay. The linen closets are also fully stocked with towels and wash cloths and each room has a change of bed liens. The property managers were courteous and available whenever we needed them. The house was only about 15 - 20 min ride to Disney and has many restaurants and stores nearby. We enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this home.

The house was very spacious and the kids really enjoyed it especially the pool.

The neighbors were friendly and there were a lot of attractions around the property. Disney World was less than 20 minutes. Overall, I recommend this property because it is convenient and the cost is very economical. Suzanne was helpful. She responded to all questions and calls in a timely manner. I would definitely recommend this property to our families and friends in the East Coast. We will definitely visit again next year.

Great Family Vacation Home!!!

This was our first trip back to Florida since March 2020 when we had to leave our vacation 3 days in because of the pandemic . We have been in the sunshine state at least a dozen times in the past 10 years with our children and this has been the nicest house we have stayed in! The home has a welcoming vibe and the pool is fantastic! It was heated perfectly and there is a great deal of privacy which we like. The home is extremely well stocked and CLEAN! The area is close to just about everything and easy to get around. Finally, the property managers are awesome to deal with, prompt and very accommodating! We will definitely be coming back to this home!!!!

— Great location and responsive host, but cleanliness and comfort issues impacted our stayThe location was excellent and very convenient. The host was responsive and did address several issues during our stay. However, the home had multiple problems that made the experience disappointing. When we arrived, the house was not properly cleaned. There were crumbs on the floors, sticky counters, worn carpets, and dirty walls. Our white socks turned black from walking on the floors and carpets, which clearly hadn’t been mopped in some time. There was mold or mildew in the shower, and we found and killed what appeared to be a cockroach/palmetto bug shortly after arriving. The pool also had algae growth. We also encountered maintenance issues: an emergency light hanging by its wires, a broken trash can lid, and a bathtub that didn’t work (which we discovered the day before leaving). The bed was very uncomfortable and made sleeping difficult during our seven‑night stay.To their credit, the host sent someone to clean the showers, replaced the trash can, repaired the emergency light, sent the pool technician, and lowered the thermostat to 72F. Even so, the house stayed between 74–76F, which was warmer than we preferred. We requested a refund of the cleaning fee due to the condition of the home, but the host declined. VRBO did refund their portion.
