We had an amazing stay at this property. The house is absolutely massive and very well maintained. Everything was clean, and all of the rooms were well appointed and comfortable. We didn’t get a chance to use the game room or movie theater, but they both looked great. The pool and spa were a highlight — it was so nice to be able to relax outside and enjoy the space. The host was very responsive and easy to work with throughout our stay. The home is located in Storey Lake, which is a fantastic area with great amenities, including a water park and lazy river. Everyone at the resort was incredibly friendly and welcoming to my family. We would definitely book this property again — it was truly an amazing experience.

Disliked: Communication
This is a beautiful property. I would advise to check everything out and message the host promptly upon arrival. We had a missing remote for the ceiling fan, outlets in bathrooms didn’t work the entire stay (although communicated/messaged to property manager through VRBO app), screens above and side of pool were torn allowing two creatures includes snakes in the pool, nail sticking up caught foot on by bathroom upstairs and shades in master bedroom were recked/torn. Communication delays from property management on check out request with no response for more than 12 hours then messaged after check out time to reject request. I also received a message saying they were going to charge additional fees for requested 2 hour late check out although their was no response on their part til after 1000 am day of check out.

Be cautious we renting !!!

Make sure that you take pictures of everything. They said that we broke a gaming chair I personally went through the home twice before leaving to make sure every was in its place and everything was fine! It's my word against theirs. I asked to please check with the cleaning people. They said they did, and they were told it was broke when they went there. I would of gladly told them if we broke it and offered to pay for it, but we did NOT break it. They did deduct the cost from Our deposit. SHAM on them!!!!
