House Rules for Wildwood Vacasas
1. Check-In and Check-Out

Check-in: 4pm
Check-out: 10am
Please let us know your expected arrival time in advance.
2. No Smoking

Smoking is not allowed anywhere on the property.
A fee of $250 will be charged for any evidence of smoking.

3. Pets are allowed

4. No Parties or Events

Parties, events, or large gatherings are not allowed.
Please respect our neighbors and keep noise to a minimum, especially after 10:00 PM.
5. Maximum Occupancy

The maximum number of guests allowed is 8
Only registered guests are allowed on the property.
6. Cleanliness

Please keep the property clean and tidy.
Garbage: Dispose of trash in the designated bins.
Dishes: Please wash any dishes used.
7. Safety and Security

Lock doors and windows when you leave the property.
No illegal activities are allowed on the premises.
Do not tamper with safety devices, such as smoke detectors.
8. Respect for Property

Treat the property and its contents with care.
Report any damages or issues immediately.
9. Parking

Parking is available in the driveway.
Please do not block neighbors' driveways or use their designated spots.

10. Additional Rules

Pool/Hot Tub: Use at your own risk and adhere to all posted safety guidelines. Extra charge for turning on heater for pool.

11. Checkout Procedures

Please leave the property in the same condition as when you arrived.
Strip the beds and place used towels in the bathroom.

12. Trash

Please put Recycle in front of driveway Wednesday nights for Thursday morning pick up. Please put regular trash in front of driveway Thursday nights for Friday morning pick up.

12. Violation of Rules

Failure to adhere to these rules may result in termination of your stay without a refund and/or additional fees.
