High End completely renovated unit (Sept 2017) and 1.5 miles away from Disney. All our units are completely renovated, and near Disney. We put allot of time and money into our units and most importantly try our best to make the whole experience memorable (We are SUPERHOST on other websites). Our units are designed professionally with high quality furniture. Most importantly all our units are affordable and fraction of the cost of hotels. We look forward to serve you!

Self-catered house. As a courtesy, we do leave you a few supplies to get you started until you have a chance to shop. You may find 2 toilet paper rolls per bathroom (one in the holder and one extra), a roll of paper towel, a couple of trash bags.

The amenities are managed Property Management, and from time to time they do require maintenance and may not be available also because of COVID. This is beyond our control. We apologise in advance if any of the facilities/amenities are under maintenance during your stay. No refunds will be given in this event.

From time to time certain offerings inside the condo (i.e. a blow dryer, cable TV, wifi, etc.) may break, become interrupted or go missing all together. Sometimes this happens without our prior knowledge as the previous guest might not inform us. We do apologize in advance if this occurs during your stay. If something like this occurs during your stay, please advise immediately so we can try to fix the problem as soon as possible. No refunds are given in this event .

Great spot! You can Uber to Disney back and forth from your room and it’s the same or less than parking. Host was super nice and accommodating we needed up extending our stay. Room had everything you need and we never had any issues.

Adorable and accurate listing

This condo is in a perfect location to Disney. The neighborhood is very well maintained. The listing of this property has to be the most accurate I’ve ever stayed in and the cleanest. The comments I read about needing maybe black out curtains or blinds was accurate, due to a large light for the property outside the window, but it wasn’t anything that would cause me to complain about. This is definitely where I will be staying on my yearly trip to Disney in February.

The location was very good, like 10 minutes to Disney, walmart is close by. Just a couple complaints really, the lights from the pool area stay on all night long. Its like 7:00 am all night long. I put up the spare blankets on the bedroom window which helped a lot. Blackout curtians on the bedroom and living room would be the solution. Then the pillows are the worst. Some soft highend pillows would be nice.

Perfect Place

This place was AMAZING! It was exactly as pictured, super cute, very clean and super convenient to everything. Had all the necessary items to cook a meal. Communication was great with owner, very quick to respond everytime I messaged him. Pool was super warm and clean. Property was well maintained. I will definitely be staying at Marks place again! Home away from Home!!

This was a Fantastic home during our vacay. The pics match the home to the T. It was immaculately clean I can literally eat off the floor lol it was so cute and cozy and me and my family were very comfortable in and around the complex . The location was really really great close to everything!! The owner was so awesome communicating with us on arrival to make sure we had everything and if we needed anything. We will definitely stay again and I recommend this condo!! Thanks Mark for sharing your Beautiful home with me and my family !

Location location location

For anyone wanting something close to the Disney Parks this is it. Our longest trip probably 15 minutes to the magic Kingdom. It was small probably best for two or three said it could sleep six. Only complaint would be it faced the pool and they left the lights around the pool on all night and the curtains were super thin letting a lot of light in at night.

The property was as described, easy check in, close to shopping/restaurants, and 10-15 minute drive to Disney parks with little traffic. The grounds are nice and the pool is clean and big! Definitely recommend and would stay again.
