This fantastic home boasts 3 bedrooms - the primary en-suite has a king bed, the second bedroom has a queen bed, and there are 2 twin beds in the third bedroom. The en-suite bathroom has a walk in shower and the guest bathroom has a shower/tub combination. Both have hairdryers and a good supply of towels.

Guests can relax here and take advantage of the amenities that the home offers, with a fully equipped kitchen, laundry facilities, WiFi and AC.

Keyless entry that eliminates the hassle of keys and the code is changed after each stay to ensure the safety of our guests.

The condo has communal elevators for ease of access.

Your stay in this adorable condo will surely be a memorable one. Feel free to reach out to us during your stay.

Please note that this home is classed as "self-providing." We provide the basic package of a toilet roll, bar soap and shampoo sachets in each bathroom, one kitchen roll, two trash bags, dishwashing liquid and two dishwasher tablets to help you start with your vacation needs. Pool towels are provided but must be returned to the home (bath towels should not be used at the pool).

The Resort
Windsor Hills Resort is a gated community with 24-hour manned entrance. The Welcome Center will provide you with wrist bands for all of your party to access the community facilities and you can pick up brochures for attractions in and around Central Florida. All clubhouse amenities are exclusively for guest use and are included in your stay.

All driver names will need to be provided to us to ensure you are registered with the gatehouse prior to arrival and each driver must provide a valid driving license to gatehouse staff in order to gain access to the Resort.

There is a strict 3 car maximum policy for registered guests to each home.

The Resort is situated within 5 minutes drive of the US192, which boasts a very wide range of popular restaurants. There is a Walmart (including gas station) just 5 minutes drive away.

A slightly longer drive (15 minutes) will take you to either Sunset Walk Promenade for a mix of entertainment venues, restaurants, cinema and specialty shops or to the Rolling Oaks shopping plaza for larger retail outlets and more eateries.

A 10 minute drive will take you to the I-4, which gives you easy access to beaches on either the East or West Coast.

Very short distance to the parks and when we ran out of something Walmart was right down the road. We stayed for 5 weeks and had a wonderful time. The condo is conveniently located to the pool and the recreation area with tennis, basketball, sand volleyball, a putting green, and grills. The beds were comfortable and the condo had everything we needed. There are plenty of dishes and pots and pans as well as cable TVs in the living room and bedrooms. We enjoyed our stay here! The location was very convenient and quick to Disney. It was also nice to be to close to a Walmart. Getting in and out of the gated community was easy. We didn’t use any of the community amenities so I can’t comment on those, but overall the area seems well maintained and nice. The unit was a nice sized space for our group and we enjoyed our stay!

Great apartment near Disney

We are a family of 4, and had a 10 day stay in this apartment. The complex is great; gates, with a pool and water slides. The location was fantastic in terms of proximity to Disney world (we did not go to universal studios), usually taking on average only 15 min to get there by uber/luft depending on traffic. Apartment was clean, as pictured and kitchen was stocked with basics. The washer and dryer were very helpful.

A Little Gem!

First I love Windsor Hills. I have stayed on property multiple times with different sized places to fit my needs. This is close to the Parks, and virtually anywhere. This condo was great for the most part. It was clean, and as described. Bring toilet paper we only were given 1/4 of a roll and I had to run out the first day and purchase more. Kitchen was not stocked with things to cook with, (I cook most meals at the condos I stay in) but there was ample plates/cups and silverware. A friendly reminder this particular resort (or at least the condos I have stayed in) require that you do not turn the AC below 72 ( it will freeze the AC system) so bring fans if you get hot. The owners were AMAZING and were able to accommodate an extra day for me when the cheer comp went later than expected. They communicated well, and were responsive quickly! A great place to stay and I would stay again!
