Graduation trip

We were very satisfied with condo and furnishings. The only issue was the house has an automatic air conditioner thermostat and turned the ac off when we were at the parks. Very safe gated community close to all of the parks.

Great time

Everything was great except the pool filter system need to be checked for daily cleaning. Only one outlet working to help push debris around to the manual outlet to be emptied by guest daily.

Good for families

It’s a good place for families since there’s lots of space. It’s a great location near all the parks. The floors were dirty and not cleaned when we arrived. I also wish they stated certain things were an extra cost when booking.

Beautiful house. Just some things that I didn’t like

I would give this place more like a 3.5. Pros: House is huge. Many bedrooms, bathrooms, two sitting areas, kitchen is great. The house is very clean. They cleaners did an excellent job minus one random piece of chewing gum that was mounted on the side of the long mirror in the first floor master bedroom. Very strange. Host was great. He was quick to reply to any questions. Cons: The game room was soooo hot that it was unusable. My boys looked forward to it but because there was no AC, it was hotter than it was outside. My favorite part of these houses are the jacuzzis. This one was broken. Security never even asked for our last name or to see ID when we checked in. That made me a little nervous. They pressure washed the house while we were there ( no problem) but the windows and doors were not sealed tightly and water came spraying through. Some of our stuff got soaked. Location: it was tricky to find the correct entrance to the resort. Google maps takes you to the “residents only” entrance. I punched in one of the streets that said it was on an intersection with and it didn’t bring me there. We used the Waze app and it finally took us to an accessible entrance. The pool is really small and hot. Make sure you get the pool cooling which is an extra $50/day. (We did not). Finally, it was so hot in there! We live in Maine and are not used to that heat and humidity. It was on a schedule or something and we were all just so hot.

Nice Stay in a beautiful home and neighborhood!

The house was beautiful and had all we needed for a party of 11, with adults, kids, teens and babies. The crib in the master was perfect. The house is 3 stories which makes it so cool, and whoever stays on the third floor will enjoy having space all to themselves. A bedroom, bathroom and living room! Definitely bring towels with you if you’re a big party. As each room comes with just two towels. The beds were super comfy. And the little touches of things like Amazon echos around the house and we’re cool. The hosts were very accommodating and easy to contact by cell. The neighborhood is gorgeous and gated with security and not just anyone can get in which makes it feel safe and puts worried minds at ease. Only 15 min from Disney! And plenty of food places and stores near by. We had our groceries delivered to us which helped a ton. There’s quite a bit of stairs since it is 3 floors, so if you have stair climbing issues beware or stay in the first floor bedroom. There’s plenty of showers and bathrooms. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Garland family Disney Trip 2023

This home was wonderful!! We had a blast in the heated pool and enjoyed the game room every evening. The home was very clean and spacious. Harris and Larry were incredibly helpful with any questions or issues we had and I can’t speak highly enough about them! We loved every minute of our stay and can’t wait to return! If you’re looking for a great home for your family vacation, this is the one!! Great job guys!!

Beautiful vacation home.

Every time I book a vacation home. I always worry if I’m getting scammed. Well, this was not the case. Do not be afraid to book this home. The house is beautiful. The house is huge. My 21 year old daughter stayed up on the third floor and I didn’t even know she was around. I felt like I had complete privacy as well as closeness and as much family time as I wanted staying here. We had everything we needed for the stay. The location is phenomenal. The property is beautiful. The neighborhood is outstanding. Very very close to Disney. About 30 minute ride to Universal Studios or Seaworld. I four is what it is. We definitely stay here again. Cannot say enough about Harris and his attentiveness. And their on-site inspector. Larry was absolutely incredible. We truly had everything we need and all of our needs were taken care of. They go above and beyond . Great job guys. Beautiful home.
