Guest Access:
1. Enter your 4-digit code 4968 on the keypad.
2. When the Schlage button turns green, rotate the thumbturn toward the hinges to unlock.
3. Red light = incorrect code.
4. No light = possibly too many incorrect attempts.

Guests will have full access to the entire home, including the private pool with a safety fence, the Mario-themed game room with a pool table and Nintendo, the spacious living room with a 75-inch Smart TV, and the fully equipped kitchen. Each of the four bedrooms is accessible, including the master suite with a king bed and ensuite bathroom, the queen room with a full bath, the twin bedroom, and the bunk bed room. The poolside dining area with an entertainment TV is also available for use. Additionally, guests can utilize the private driveway with space for two cars, and street parking is available for one car.

Grocery stores and shopping centers are also conveniently located nearby, making it easy to stock up on essentials or enjoy some retail therapy. Getting around from our Mario Kingdom Getaway is easy! While a car is recommended to explore the Orlando area, we've got you covered with parking. You'll find space for two cars in the private driveway, and there's also street parking available for one car directly in front of the house. For those arriving by air, Orlando International Airport (MCO) is approximately a 35-40 minute drive away. Public transportation options are limited in this area, so ride-sharing services like Uber and Lyft are readily available for convenient travel to nearby attractions, dining, and shopping destinations.

Other Things to Note:
Please take note of the following to ensure a smooth and enjoyable stay at our Mario Kingdom Getaway. Check-in time is at 4:00 PM, and check-out time is at 10:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be possible, but it's subject to availability and must be arranged in advance. A valid government-issued ID is required upon check-in. Please be aware that this is a non-smoking property. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the house. If you smoke outside, please dispose of your cigarette butts responsibly. We are a family-friendly home, and we kindly ask that you keep noise levels down, especially between 10:00 PM and 9:00 AM, to respect our neighbors. The private pool is for the exclusive use of our guests; please supervise children at all times. For parking, we have space for two cars in the driveway and one car on the street directly in front of the house. We do not allow pets. Any damages to the property will be the responsibility of the guest. Please leave the house in a reasonably tidy condition upon departure. Additional cleaning fees may apply if the house requires excessive cleaning. We hope you have a fantastic time!
