The environment was incredibly welcoming, and my kids had a fantastic time in the pool, arcade and themed rooms!

Feedback

The only concern was the second refrigerator had a fish odor that was corrected by your staff and the movie room had a slight pot odor that was not your fault. Other than those small issues everything was excellent. We had a great time at a beautiful facility!

Family Vacation 2024

. We were a group of 19 ranging in age from 4 to 76. We all agreed it was the best place we stayed at so far. The place was very clean and so much fun. We had some minor issues that were addressed each time within an hour. No problem getting in and out of the property as far as being backed up at the gate. Plenty of room for our entire group. Karaoke room was a big hit. Don’t hesitate to book a vacation here.

Fantastic time !

Everything about this place was awesome. The only problem we had was the kids unplug all the games trying to turn them off at night thinking they saving me money lol.but one of the games didn’t come back on. we call the host and they sent someone out the next morning and had everything back up running smoothly except for the karaoke machine, which is the reason why we chose this house. We wasn’t able to do karaoke due to the microphone cords were missing and it wasn’t enough time for the host to get them replaced in time. However, we weren’t worry because this home had so much other entertainment we forgot all about the karaoke studio.I don’t believe my children ever slept because they were having so much fun! Evern my wife suffers lupus, kidney failure, and seizures in which she has to have her registered service dog with her at all times. She had no problem with the resort allowing our, Asia, on the property to look after her mother. We love this resort and we will be back soon! Five stars regardless! Thank you all for a fantastic time!!!!!!!

You won’t be disappointed

Every year my family and I rents a vacation home and I’m very Leary when it comes to reviews, BUT this house, by far, was the best! The online pictures did NO justice for the beauty of the place. I was skeptical about the themed rooms at first but once we arrived, I was pleased. The rooms were more than enough room and the beds were extremely accommodating. All of the entertainment worked so it kept the kids busy, as expected. The pool was big and there was also someone who came out to clean it during our stay. Note: it’s a cost to warm the pool and jacuzzi DAILY. There were 3 washers and dryers which was good bc we didn’t have to really wait on each other to utilize them. They allowed a maximum of 5 parked cars which meant a lot of us didn’t have to park elsewhere. The decor of the house is stunning!! There were minor housekeeping things we noticed like spots on the carpet and sofas, scratch marks on the kitchen island, and a missing door handle. But they didn’t have a negative impact on our stay. One major issue was one of the downstairs bedrooms air didn’t get cold so we had to add a fan. A technician did come to inspect it but the temperature didn’t change. However, Communication with the operators were smooth and prompt. Overall, this house wowed me and my family and I do recommend.

Are you planning a summer vacation? Your kids will have an amazing time here as they perfectly designed it for family outings. All the units have video games, swimming pools, and other fun-filled activities to keep you entertained throughout your stay. You can explore outdoor activities as well.

Great Experience

These villas can entertain a large crowd with plenty of living space. The villa we booked was gorgeously furnished and neat. All rooms had a clean bathroom/toilet for added privacy. The swimming pool, gaming room, and home theatre made our stay pleasant. Getting bored is not an option, as there are different games, from poker to arcade games.

Great Experience

Besides having a polite staff, these villas offer personalized service. They picked us up straight from the airport to the vacation rental. The villas also provide unlimited access to amenities such as a fitness area, tennis center, golf, and all the restaurants/bars in the vicinity. We enjoyed the fast Wi-Fi connection since my husband works remotely online.

Trendy and simplistic house!

Overall, I had a phenomenal time at this villa. The staff was helpful and friendly, and the amenities were awesome. The rooms were trendy and simplistic. The living room was perfect for us to celebrate an anniversary weekend with my wife.

Great Arcade Areas!

We spent a work outing in these villas and loved every minute, especially the large island kitchen. The large living area was god sent as it suited our group of 10 people. The entertainment and arcade areas were so adorable—best for families and friends.
