WOW house has everything

The house is beautiful. I love all the detail to each room. They really took their time to make this a great experience for all families. I love that you can enjoy your time at the house with family. Then you have access to the resort clubhouse and water park. Publix is so close, as well as many restaurants. Great location. The house had a coffee bar, waffle bar, and s'mores included. That was such a great touch. Only complaint was one lady at the gate that had to scan the access passes to get in, she doesn't seem to like her job- but once you bypass that you're all good everyone else is so pleasant.

Incredible House - Perfect Stay

From the time we walked up to the front door to when we finally had to say goodbye, we could not have imagined a more perfect vacation. The house is great, the communication is great, and the neighborhood is great. All the little details of this home surpass even the magic of a traditional Disney stay. Truly hope to be back next year.

Family Reunion

This house through its attention to detail , decor and host care, is set to be filled with joy and love!!!All My family had an amazing time in the different areas including the kids, which eventhough love to go to Disney, they kept asking…” when are we going back to the Troll House?” ( that in itself made our day!!!)Pool and hot tub were amazing, well kept and to warm generative every single day.We had an amazing time in the game room and on movie nights in the home theater… and warm and joyful conversations in the sala and against the fire pit… we had a wonderful setting for our family reunion during Christmas!! Thank you Michelle for sharing your magical property !

Great Family Retreat for Disney Trip

Our family stayed for our Disney trip. The house was wonderful and very clean. It has absolutely everything you need and more. It is set up more like a home than a rental and we felt right at home during our stay. Our grandsons loved all of the house, especially the playroom and slides. We arrived there before them and loved getting to see them explore the house for the first time. When the boys other grandparents arrived they were excited to give them the tour. We loved the hot tub on night 3 and 4 after some very long days at the parks. It was much needed! I do wish we would have been able to spend more time at the home to enjoy it more. The decor is very well done and the furniture and beds are comfortable. I loved the special, thoughtful touches the owner does for their guests. We would happily return to this property again for a future stay.

Great Orlando Vacation Home!

Everything about this home aligned with the description and pictures. In addition to the obvious (ability to accommodate large groups, cleanliness), we were blown away with extra touches like the impressive spice inventory and number of coffee makers. The biggest hit was the Trolls play room which kept all the kids occupied for hours and it's location (right next to the kitchen and dining area) was perfect. The drive to Disney World wasn't too bad (30-40 mins with traffic) and the neighborhood feels secure with plenty of grocery and dining options around. Would highly recommended this property for any family planning an Orlando Disney/Universal vacation.

Nice Little Family Getaway

This house was perfect for a nice little getaway. We were able to just focus on having fun by being able to enjoy all the amenities the house had to offer. We will be looking forward to staying again.

Perfect House for Families with Toddlers

Property was just as advertised and very clean. Check in was simple thanks to the guest registration form pre arrival which streamlined the process. Pool heat was amazing! Properly warmed unlike houses we have rented previously. Playroom is perfect, we had 2 three year olds and a four year old that were entertained for hours. Quick response from Michelle no issues for the entire stay. Only complaint if I had to pick something was that the grill could be replaced. If we are back in the area we will definitely be looking to rent from Michelle again!

Wonderful Place to stay for Disney Visitors!

Me and my Family spent a long weekend, and it sure wasn't long enough to enjoy all the amenities provided by this location! Wonderful house with excellent rooms and amazing comfort. Kids had tons of fun, and everyone wishes we could have stayed longer. May have to plan another visit next year!

Pool was great. It was nice having all the towels and life jackets for the kids. Branches Bunker was a huge hit. The rooms were all decorated beautifully. We really enjoyed our stay.

Wonderful Stay

We had 4 generations stay here for 10 days and we all had an amazing time! The house had plenty of room for all of us, ages 3.5 years to 78 years! The playroom with toys and theater room were a big great! The outdoor space was perfect! The owners really thought of everything here! We went to the Oasis Club every day, the Lazy River was a hit for all of us. We had a few minor issues and Michelle got right back to us. We will be back!

Amazing Property for Families and Groups!

We had an amazing stay at the property in Champions Gate. Our kids loved the theme of the house and couldn’t get enough of the play room, game room and theater room! Michelle was great to work with and was very responsive to any questions we had. The home was very clean and comfortable. It had everything we were looking for in a property and then some. We would definitely recommend this to anyone looking for a relaxing, luxurious vacation rental.

Amazing stay!

Our overall stay at this home was fantastic! It was exactly what we needed as we were doing a split family stay between Orlando and Clearwater beach. The home was close enough to Disney, yet offered the space, privacy and coziness our family of 6 needed and loves. The kids thoroughly enjoyed all of the amenities, as did I! The host was very responsive with the couple of minor hiccups we had, which were absolutely no fault of hers, and worked quickly to get the issues resolved. We hope to make our way back for a longer stay soon! Thank you Michelle!

Disney Family Trip

Wonderful house, great host!

The property was incredible and Michelle was wonderful to work with - highly responsive! Kids 3-13 all had a great time in the trolls playroom and took over the movie theater every night we stayed. Everyone really enjoyed the waffle bar, the pool, and the ample space to spread out. Beds were comfortable, washer/dryers worked well, and the kitchen was fully stocked with cooking utensils, pots and pans, and the like. Would definitely recommend booking here for your family.

Simply Awesome

Our stay at this home was Simply Awesome! This home was exactly how it was pictured, the host thought of everything, and was super responsive to any questions, the location to the clubhouse was a quick walk, and Publix/Walmart were nearby. I can't say enough about how my grandchildren enjoyed the Troll room. We had family who traveled from Houston, and the British West Indies--none of us were ready to leave, we had plenty of space to spread out, as well as such an enjoyable time. My favorite part was the Theater Room. Every room was just perfect. This was our first Orlando adventure since the onset of the pandemic.; it will not be our last. If you want to feel at home away from home, then this is the place to be. If I had anything to say that may need an update, it would be some bleached/updated bath towels, or bring your own face cloths as we do anyway. If you've stayed at other rental homes there are always rules, the host did a great job of detailing theirs. If you treat the property with care as you would do your own home--the rules shouldn't bother you. Otherwise, you should book as soon as you can before this home gets away from you. Have your best Disney vacation ever! Kim-Atlanta, Ga.

Family Vacation

This property was great. The kitchen and living space with the Troll playroom off of it was perfect for our family. We watched movies in the theater and swam everyday. We did check out the Champions Club resort and it was very nice. It was a little busy for our family, but we did enjoy the lazy river and splash pad for the afternoon. Michelle was wonderful to work with and they were wonderful hosts. We definitely would rent this place again.

Exceeded expectations

This property is even better in person than it is in the pictures. There were 6 adults and 3 children (ages 5-9). My children LOVED the trolls play room and having their own rooms. I loved that even with 6 adults everyone had a space for privacy. We only made it to the oasis club on our last day because we really enjoyed the pool in the back yard. Communication was thorough and quick. I really appreciated the cleanliness, upkeep, and creative uniqueness of this house. I’ve already recommended this place to family and friends!

Amazing!

The place was a Disney wonderland! You don't need to go anywhere. The pool was so much fun with all the toys! The themed rooms are so great with all the cozy touches. My kids were awed by the settings! All the bulk beds are perfect for little ones! Tunnels and slides in the house-- what can be better! Thanks for a wonderful memory!

Would definitely stay again

This property had positives and negatives for me, but in the end I can confidently say I would stay again. The location was great, outside of busy Orlando or Kissimmee, but still close to MCO and all the fun. The gated community was more relaxed than most and allowed street parking. The pool water was warmer than any other vacation rental I have ever stayed in. That alone will make me happy to recommend and return. We were able to swim every day. The house was not super clean but was not that bad. It was minor things like dirt on the floor, dust, and a few hairs around the place. I did not let the home owner know because it wasn't worth taking up vacation time to deal with. There was a LOT of signage in the home. More than I typically see. The living room, dining room, kitchen, and both masters were about half the size I had expected. The pictures are not deceiving, it was more my own expectation for the cost. The water at the club house pool was not as warm as at the house (yay for the home owners prioritizing this at their home) and the water in the small kids area was ice cold. No children were playing in it. Overall, this home lacked a little for me because of the high price tag BUT the great pool heat and location made up for it and I would happy to stay again.

Fun themes hone

The home was super clean and had lots of activities for all the kids to enjoy, including the big kids in the theater room. Hosts were super good with communication. We definitely want to come back and stay.
