I would not recommend this property for anyone wanting to stay in Orlando. As the property manager and the owners who over look this villa have no care for there renters. We were under the assumption everything was clean and functional when we rented out the property for almost a month. The villa has a total of 4 TV'S and once we entered 3 out of the 4 TV's didn't work because the TV were so old from the early 2000's maybe even the 90's. The villa was covered in dust, the main sink in the kitchen was leaking dirty water and we had to throw out a bucket of water every day prior to it spilling all over the floor, The first bedroom in the villa bathroom doors don't lock let alone close the door because, it kept slamming into the wall and never closed all the way through. The second by the second bedroom couldn't flush. My sons had to fix it every other day. The floors were so dirty in the main hallway. Once you enter the property you can feel the humidity. The ice maker in the refrigerator didn't work at all. The sliding doors locks for the villa don't work which is a hazard for anyone wo is looking to live there. When we finally asked him to get the repairs and the villa cleaned. The property manager said the owners would not accommodate us with recleaning the villa since they supposedly had the property cleaned prior to our arrival. We ended up cleaning everything throughout are stay in the property. I wouldn't recommend we have videos and photos
