Gran hotel. Excelente servicio, todos muy atentos y amables; la habitación tiene un diseño hermoso, estaba limpia y cómoda. El hotel tiene detalles sorprendentes en su diseño. Desayunamos y comimos en el restaurante del hotel y fue una delicia. Espero que el hotel decida en algún momento vender su shampoo y acondicionador, son una maravilla.

Room very dark no windows, very poor lighting. Water from shower and sink did not drain well. Very noisy property, staff played loud music very late. Restaurant staff indifferent. Beds very comfortable, Eduardo at reception was very friendly and helpful. Would not go again.
