It was amazing, bed super comfortable. Stayed 2 nights. The only downside was that on our 2nd day stay, our room service was not done. The cleaing lady said that the other cleaning lady had to leave because she hqd to clean other rooms and that she would come back to clean ours. Other than that it was wonderful! The food was great too.

We stay here at least twice a year when we drive from Chiapas to Canada and back. Or any time we are passing through the area. The hotel is extremely clean the service is amazing. The staff is very good. There is secure parking. The fact that it is pet friendly is the main reason we stayed in the first place but we keep coming back for all the above reasons. It is a very safe area as well. The other thing I like is that the price for having a dog is very high as is typical in Mexico but they are also reasonable and give a reduced rate for my tiny 3 lb (1.4 kg) yorkie

We love to stay at this hotel when we are in Orizaba. The beds are incredibly comfortable! The staff are friendly. The hotel is located in centro within easy walking distance of the river, the pedestrian area, lots of restaurants and shopping. Breakfast is good, too.

Nice rooms, Location and parking onsite were great! The breakfast buffet -- if you wait until you arrive to pay for the buffet at check in the cost will be a little lower. the cost for meals otherwise seemed a bit steep, especially the roof top bar/ restaurant. So we did not do those. Staff were good. Plenty of dining options nearby. We were probably the only gringos in all of Orizaba! LOL But we loved the town & will return on our travels again :)
