This is always our favorite hotel when we are in Orizaba. The beds are SO comfortable and the rooms are spacious and clean. The staff are professional and friendly and parking is secure. The hotel is perfectly situated to walk all throughout centro. We also appreciate the secure parking.

We love to stay at this hotel when we are in Orizaba. The beds are incredibly comfortable! The staff are friendly. The hotel is located in centro within easy walking distance of the river, the pedestrian area, lots of restaurants and shopping. Breakfast is good, too.

I like how it's convenient location. Close to everything and walking distance to a lot of things. Always had access to parking. Towels in the room were rough and some were even ripped on the sides. For a hotel this price I think they could have better towels. The hotel also doesn't have ramps on the second floor to the elevator. Even the bellman helping me had a hard time getting my luggage to my room.
