We loved our stay at Penthouse Love. The unit is the perfect size for a couple and well equipped with amenities. The private deck definitely lends itself to intimate time outdoors. I highly recommend Penthouse Love Magnificent and rate it a 10 plus. Looking forward to returning to Saint Martin and to Penthouse Love soon.

We had an absolutely amazing vacation at Penthouse Love. This is by far the best vacation rental I've stayed in. Even before we arrived, the concierge team (Chelsea, Anna, and Max) welcomed us via chat and answered all of our questions for our first visit to Saint Martin. Chelsea met us onsite and walked us through the penthouse, the amenities, and how to use everything. The unit was immaculate and fully stocked. We did a fair bit of cooking and never lacked utensils, basic seasonings, or cleaning supplies.The AC worked great, the bed was comfortable, the shower spacious, and there were even games to play during the passing rainstorms. My boyfriend and I loved having breakfast on the terrace while watching the local birds and iguanas. I spent hours reading in the hanging swing while he soaked up the sun on the lounge chair. The jacuzzi looked brand new and the water was clear and well maintained. The location was also perfect for us. With no car, we appreciated being able to walk everywhere—grocery shopping at Petit Casino, exploring restaurants in the village, and visiting the beach multiple times each day. Penthouse Love was the ideal home base for our first trip to SXM, and we would be thrilled to return.

Really nice room however for the price small details seemed a bit lacking…no soap in the soap dispenser, hot tub cover was moldy and bottom sandy. No conditioner for shower or change of linens, no pool towels. Also, no ATM or bank in the village. On the plus side the staff was quite friendly and helpful. Normally we don’t complain about the little things however given the price we paid we expected things like this to be done.
