Stayed here through an airbnb reservation. Went to check in and they didn't have our name in their system. So the check in process was not smooth although the lady assisting us was very nice. Go get a parking pass and this is where they try to sell the timeshare presentation. In all honesty, from what I had read I thought they would press harder but she was pleasant and not too pushy. Units are average. The location is worth it and the pool/hot tub area, while completely packed at night, were great. Units need some TLC and updating. Also wasn't super clean. But given the choices in Seaside this is definitely one of the top places if you can secure a reservation.

Power Outage+Computers Down Denied Our Reservation Despite Our Paperwork because THEIR List did not show “next column” which documented our 3-Bedroom unit so they assigned us to already occupied 2-bedroom unit They did give us $90 certificate for us to have dinner while they waited for restoration of power. Upon our return they finally sent us to the correct 3-bedroom unit BUT WAIT... they had given it away to family that had paid for 2-Bdrm unit. Now we have to wait for that family to move out (they didn’t want to, naturally!) ... and then have unit cleaned, again.. then have our things delivered because they had stored them for us. 8pm They gave us nothing as compensation at the end, but they gave the owner of unit, whom we had paid to rent unit... a free night for owner to use in future; wasn’t that nice? First 1/2 day/night at The Mark shot to hell. It got better, the weather was wonderful, and we had great days till the end.

I booked with Dan Sullivan for Seaside Worldmark. We had an ocean view 2 bedroom for 4 adults and 2 children. It was great! Plenty of room for everyone, comfortable beds, even a washer and dryer! Dan was great to book with, everything was just as he described. The complex is being completely revamped over the winter, would love to see it after that! Loved our vacation!

Finally had the opportunity to stay at the WorldMark Seaside in the Fall after all these years. It is incredibly hard to book in the summertime. Went with family on a long Fall weekend. Although the weather was not as cooperating & rather the quiet time for the resort, we made the best of it. It is close to everything in town. The rooms were quaint & updated. The complex had a nice recreational center to pass the time. It is located right on the beach which made it really nice for morning or sunset walks. The hallways were rather quiet for most part during off hours. Yes, a nice location worth trying.

We booked this room/condo last minute and our family had a fantastic time. We were in a top floor, 3 bedroom unit with direct views of the ocean, the beach, the pool and the main promenade. The location couldn't have been better, and seaside itself has a great feel to it. Pros: Location, amenities and comfort. 3 bedroom unit has 4 TVs, 2 bathrooms, a washer and dryer and full kitchen, with a gas barbeque on the balcony. The pool was warm with two hot tubs. Cons. No A/C (that we could find). The elevators were sparse, and on occasion there were line ups to get in one. You have to pay for WIFI! Room service menu was decent, well priced, however only available until 5PM? That was odd. At the end of the day, we enjoyed the property, and would not hesitate to stay there again. We had two teen boys with us, however based on the amount of young kids there, I would not hesitate to bring a younger family, or even come as a couple if you don't mind the chaos of young kids. You can walk to almost everywhere We went to the timeshare presentation, only because we just got such a good feel for the location. This is the first time every accepting an invite for this type of presentation.

We stayed Monday to Monday on 4th of July week! I was told there was a fireworks show but it was so over the top we couldn't believe the work that went into setting up and the cleanup that followed after the show. The next morning you wouldn't have known that thousands of people, vehicles, tents etc. had been there! The resort was beyond our dreams! Hot tubs, pool, game room, fitness center - they had it all! So centrally located to all the restaurants and shops we didn't have to drive anywhere! Super, super, super!!!

We get that you hate smokers, but would it kill you to put benches in the few smoking areas there are? And since smoking is banned, could you please ban perfume too? Also, cleaning the bathtubs before guests arrive would be great.

I'll start with the bad: Most of the rooms only have an ocean view if you walk out on the balcony or stand by the outer windows. The barbeques are getting old and falling apart. This place gets seriously crowded in the summer and on holidays. The good: It's your average WorldMark with all that entails. Decently furnished rooms, two large hot tubs and a large pool in the courtyard, all of which look out onto the beach. The best feature, though, is the fact that it's right on the boardwalk and at the end of the main street in Seaside. Lots of great food, beverages, and entertainment are just outside your door!

Not a "resort" by any means...a big 8 story hotel with a pool, a snack shack, and little else. It is right on the beach (as are many hotel/motels in Oregon). 2 bedroom room with small sitting area, a dining table and 4 chairs, a view of the courtyard, a small balcony hanging on the edge of the building, and a small kitchen with stove, microwave, standard refrigerator , dishwasher and sink. 2 bathrooms, smaller tv in guest bedroom with several standard channels. Also washer/dryer combo. Internet is extra as is Wyndham's Worldmark policy. Parking is in a mostly, covered 4 story garage. Check in area is horrible. Little parking and very tight corners. Of course as a timeshare mill, the heavy handed sales team pressures you to buy during the 2 hour presentation--and instead of $100+ cash, or even Worldmark credits for your time, you are rewarded with Wyndham's Rewards points (which as far as I know, are not useful for condo stay--but can almost get you a one night stay at a Travelodge Motel) Pool area is very large, with many chairs and lounges, some protection from ocean breezes, but large hot tub is shabby, Pool itself is large, but not deep enough to do any swimming at all..and spouting water into the pool is distracting; there is a wading pool for kiddos..and one of the two spas was closed for ...repairs? Seems to me that Worldmark has gone downhill a long ways...Points are a lot more expensive and the maintenance fees are around $700/wk..Not really that good of a deal. I calculated that buying enough points for a two week stay would cost $20,000+ and remember you are stuck for the fees for life and beyond the grave..unless you can find another....? to buy you out or you have paid to take the obligation off your hands.

I really love to visit Worldmark Seaside, but for few times rooms are not ready in time, so if coming with small kids or friends it’s really not convenient. I would suggest for staff to hire more people to clean rooms on time. I hope it will change for better. I am owner of Worldmark for many years and it’s really sad to have this kind service.
