Very nice staff, clean rooms, close and nice walk to the beach

Was so comfortable, and the staff was great that I booked 2 more days here? Some of it is dated, but clean.

Even though things are dated the housekeeping staff takes good care. Wish there were something for protein at breakfast—-yogurt or hard boiled eggs or such.

Hotel hallways smelled clean and room smelled clean too. Nice basic room for a quick stay at the beach.

Customer service is horrible ran by elderly people, who are easily offended as well as have little energy or passion for the job. I was not told I had to pay a security deposit and they were rude about it, they say your agent should have told you that, and its not our fault

Easy to find and nice and clean. We never got to eat breakfast there it would be nice if they had it start at 6am

The room was very clean, including the restroom ( big deal to me) and the facilities were nice too. Hot tub was cool

Our first night another guest told us there had been people riding through the parking lot on bikes looking in cars. We called the front desk and was told they have complete surveillance of the parking lot but that they have never had a problem with people looking or breaking into cars. My friend has a handicap pass and while waiting for the shuttle to the casino one night we noticed that the handicap parking is not included in their view of the parking lot but since we hadnt seen anyone lurking in the parling lot or jeard of any cars being broken into we though the lady from the first night was being paranoid. Then on our last night we were heading out to the casino and decided to drive as we were doing dinner after, as we were walking to the car there was a man rising his bike through the parking lot. When he saw us he stopped and got of his bike and stood there watching us. Then he rode to the top of tue hill and stood behind a bush and continued to watch us. I dont know if he was scoping out cars or if he was just overly interested in my friend and I. I felt creeped out and unsafe so we went to the front office and had to ring a bell because the lady had left the bulding (which we had been told by another employee she is prone to do) once she arrived we expressed our concerns she said og thats just a homeless man that uses our vending machine and soda machine hes harmless. When we expressed our concern of the possibility of him breaking into the car she told us we could

Pleased to have stayed the time, was very comfortable

It was disgusting, the staff was very very rude. I was charged for my stay before I even got to the hotel to check-in. The lady made us come back twice before allowing us to check-in once we got to Lincoln City. People upstairs were up most of each night and early morning stomping and throwing things so loudly that we could feel it through the bed so we did not get any sleep the whole time we were there. We were also walked in on twice by staff who were unlocking the door at the same time as quietly "knocking" not allowing us to even answer

Very friendly staff. Helped with upgrade of room in less than 10 minutes we were all checked in

The room that was booked for me originally, Room 202, was not cleaned and was still as it was left from the previous tenant. Room service never cleaned it. I was then transferred to room 218 which was cleaned. However, there was no shower curtain available and the bathroom floor was heavily water damaged and water logged. This was extremely upsetting to see and the poor condition these rooms were in. There was a lack of attention to details, cleanliness, and the physical building itself. I would not recommend a stay here.

Thank you for staying at America's Best Inn & Suites. We do not have cooking facilities in our breakfast room to enable us to cook eggs. We did try the yogurt at one time however there are so many different types, flavors, light, regular etc. that much of it went to waste. We have new carpeting, new furniture, lamps etc. and still improving everyday. We are happy you enjoyed your stay!
