Great simple hotel, next to a lovely coffee shop. Coffee at the front desk as well. No individual coffee pots in rooms, but we lived! Manager/owner is so friendly. Clean, no mold, no sand in room, and I saw one after another resident had left .. wow! they really clean up.

The inn looks way better in photos than in person. You are literally adjacent to the railroad tracks and an open field. There is a coffee shack down the way that was walkable and good, but the restaurant across the parking lot that advertised breakfast was not open. The staff was kind and helped us get two rooms on the ground floor, elderly parents 87 & 89 didn't need to trying the stairs. The rooms themselves were ok, a little spartan, with no real amenities (shampoo/soap, etc.) but you can't blame staff for that--those policies come from property ownership. The beds were okay and the linens seemed rather tired, but overall the stay was pretty average. There are no sheers on the windows so you are either in 'dark' mode or fully exposed to the outside world, which in the morning means the blazing sunrise is hitting you in the face.
