Staff was very nice and was the highlight of our stay. Room was pretty clean, but felt very basic. Pillows were skinny, did not feel luxurious and were hard to sleep with. Pool area was not enticing. I think some people would like the breakfast, they had many things on offer but much of it was high sugar and processed foods. Not many wholesome options.

Booked and pre paid with Expedia. Front seat tells me the have no way of getting payment from Expdia. He said he would have to charge me for my stay and I could ask Expedia for a refund. Showed him my online receipt, called bank to verify transaction. He then said I could cancel my reservation and stay somewhere else. Or he could call Expedia but it may take hours. He finally checked me in after almost an hour of arguing. I’ve never experienced a more unprofessional check in anywhere

Good room, although we went budget and didn't get any view. Front desk staffperson was adorable and welcoming. Unfortunately, the elevator was out of order so it was a schlep to our 2nd floor room, and the breakfast was underwhelming. Still, a solid choice for a stay in the Tillamook area and close to the Portside Bistro, where we had a very nice dinner.

Staff was amazing. Elevator wasn't working, Sauna wasn't working. The pool and hot tub were great. The rooms were neat and clean. We had 11 of us and three rooms. We stayed here a couple of years ago too. It is a great place to stay. They have a great selection for breakfast too.

Beds were terrible, blankets felt like you were sleeping with a piece of paper.. not soft at all! The front desk guy told my kids to play quieter when they were swimming in the pool, never have I ever had anyone tell my kids to be quiet when they were PLAYING at a hotel pool. Definitely would not recommend and I will not be going back ever.

Very friendly staff, warm cookie on arrival. Great breakfast selection. Elevator our of order, so due ro phys limitations, we were on ground floor. Clean rooms, well appointed for longer stays or business travel. Great location and parking right by enteance.
