I love the friendly staff and the breakfast was very nice rooms were clean

So the beautiful location of this property is a major plus, as are the professional staff who work there. Although the facilities are dated, they do a good enough job keeping them clean. However, the walls and floors are paper-thin, meaning you hear everything happening next door to you. On a week-night, this is fine because it's not all that full. However, on weekends, the party crowd can be loud. I had to confront another room full of guests because they had been up for hours (also keeping my wife and I up) partying above us. Finally, keep in mind that Coos Bay is a pretty small place, and there aren't many other options. Given this point, I would recommend asking for a room upstairs at this hotel to insulate yourself a bit from guest noise.

this ,like most lodging assumes that because you are staying more than one night you don't need clean linen every day even tho you are paying full price.

We enjoyed the pool and the deck over the water. The continental breakfast was better than anticipated.

Super friendly and easy to find. Front desk available 24 hrs a day.

Just spent a night for a travel stop between Seattle, WA and Healdsburg, CA. Nothing extravagant, just a good hotel. Great location for shopping necessities.

Very nice hotel, would recommend. Friendly staff, clean rooms.

Nice hotel in a convenient location to explore the southern coast. Excellent continental breakfast.

Supper quiet place love the fact noise cut off was 10:00pm. The pool was nice and indoors. The room was large with a table and chairs a recliner. The laundry room was private only you had the key love that no one else getting in your stuff and you can go back to your room and not sit down with your stuff.

stayed for the Coos Bay Music Festival - a fun event also went to a dinner Theater production. The location is very convenient for coming and going. Nice hot tub & pool for after dancing at the festival.

Nice close to shopping n dining. Allows pets which is great for me n my dog. Spacious rooms fridge is on the small size but at least there is one.

Very pleased with our stay. The kids loved the pool! Breakfast was minimal, but everyone liked what they had. Would deff recommend to others for the great price.

Stopping point for solar eclipse viewing. My kids had a fun time in the pool & spa. Workers were pleasant and polite.

Close to grocery stores. For the price this place does its job.

We always try to make sure after 10pm the motel and guests are quiet but sounds like it didn't happen this time. We do apologize to you and your wife.
