Ugh! For the price i expected a decent room. The place is run down and in poor condition. The ac unit did not work in our room. You could not shut the bathroom for without slamming it. The door did not shut properly. The room was noisy, we could hear people taking until after midnight. The floor was like walking on waves. There were several poorly patched hiles in the bathroom. Parking was a joke! Several cars were taking up more then one space. There were two trucks with trailers taking 4 spaces each. I'm glad this was just a pit stto on our way home.

We stayed at this property as part of a road trip where we stayed at a number of similar places. We loved the ambience and the theme of the decor. Nice large room, we arrived late and it was very convenient because they texted us the lock code for our door so we could go straight to our room when we got in. The shower heads need replacing at least in the room we stayed at, but other than that we enjoyed our stay I would consider staying there again

The area is interesting but if you're looking for a place to stay overnight it's pretty perfect! The staff was so friendly and helpful, gave us great recommendations on places around the area to visit and eat at! The room was clean and the water pressure in the shower was amazing compared to other motels

For a low-cost option, this family run franchise is pretty good, worth the price. Staff are very friendly and responsive, the location is on the 101, but in town so vehicle noise is lower than some spots. My room didn't have a fridge or microwave, but there is delivery and a few walkable options nearby. I prefer low-contact from housekeeping, and the front desk always provided what I needed, even though I could have had full housekeeping every day. No major issues over a week's stay, every minor thing was addressed quickly and pleasantly. Best feature is their staff, who all feel committed to excellence.

The room was dirty, dusty, noisy, and the smell of weed permeated the room 1 of the nights and the cat meowing another night with the owner yelling shut up from 2:30 to 4:30 am. Smell of dirty dogs the last night with the dog sniffing under the door every time i walked around. No quilt or cover on the bed. Couldn't check in at 3pm! No rooms were clean, apologies from clerk. Attitude from manager when I wrote a note to inform her of these things when I left. I politely told her I will never stay here!

The room was noisy, the shower was dirty, the fridge was leaking, and our room wasn’t ready when we got there. Could use new beds, we did get upgraded to a suite but its window was right by the busy road. When checking in the front desk staff member was not friendly.

Front staff was courteous. But I got there at 3:50, 50 minutes after check in and wasnt able to check in until 530 because there wasnt any rooms ready (same for many other guests as well) Room was clean when i got it. The advertised ac unit did not work. Bed was comfy. Biggest issue was not being able to check in, and not being offered any compensation whatsoever because of it.

To start with they did not have a room ready until 5:30 pm. So we had to wait around on a sunday night after a long day. The room was up stairs 211 and I asked for a lower room. The air needed an office person to turn it on because it was in disrepair and you had to hit it just right. The door doesnot shut properly and there for the deadbolt doesnt lock. I Spilled some water and wiped it up to find the floor was filthy, most certainly had not been cleaned. No fridge, microwave, or plug ins close to the bed. When sitting in the bathroom, look down at the door threshold, there is a ton of filth caught in there. Like someone swept it there and left it. It is noisy of course on the 101, but the person next door left their tv on all night playing loud enough to be heard plainly. Their doesnt seem to be enough parking. We had to park in the middle of the lot. It just has a trashy feel to it. Everything is dirty and in disrepair. Outside trash cans were overflowing. Even the office doors were gross and did not shut properly. The folks need training to do their jobs better and perhaps more staff. I saw 2 cleaner people and Joe & Kyle were in the office. They were probably doing the best they could. When we arrived their was an unwell person laying on the side walk in front of the office area on the road side wiggling around like he was scratching his back on the ground and kicking his feet in the air. He was gone when I took dogs for a walk later.
